ILLUMINATED FEATURE FOR AN LED LUMINAIRE
Aspects of this invention relate to a system that provides an illuminated feature for an LED luminaire that can be used with opposite linear runs of LEDs to light the edges or sides of a luminaire without requiring additional LEDs. The system may include a light guide assembly located along an end housing of a light fixture, the light guide assembly including a light guide with a light guide end located proximate to one or more captured LEDs from a first plurality of LEDs located along a first side housing of the light fixture, and another light guide end located proximate to one or more captured LEDs from a second plurality of LEDs located along a second side housing of the light fixture, wherein the light guide receives the light from the one or more captured LEDs from the first plurality of LEDs and the one or more captured LEDs from the second plurality of LEDs and projects the light through the light guide, wherein when covered by a lens, the light emitted from the light guide is equivalent in appearance to the light emitted from the first plurality of LEDs and the second plurality of LEDs.
Ceiling Illumination with Mountings for Panels
An illuminating device for indoor lighting comprising a visible panel, through which light can be transmitted. The visible panel includes a portion having transparent material, and a panel retaining device. The retaining device has a retaining means for retaining the visible panel and a fixing means for mounting the visible panel on a ceiling or on a wall. The retaining device has at least three interconnected retaining arms which are arranged in the shape of a star and which retain at least two visible panel parts at the inner faces of the visible panel parts, the inner faces of the visible panel parts bordering each other such that said visible panel parts together form a substantially continuous visible panel surface. The visible panel parts have free outer faces which are not retained by the retaining arms and which together from the outer circumference of the visible panel.
Illuminator
A light guide plate includes: an annular part formed in an annular shape along an element array of multiple light emitting elements; and an annular inner part formed on an annular inside of the annular part continuously with the annular part. The annular part includes: an element array-facing part which is a part facing the element array and which has an incident surface to allow light emitted from the light emitting elements to enter; and a first reflecting part which is a part located closer to the annular inner part than the element array-facing part, and which has a reflecting surface for reflecting the light entering from the incident surface toward the annular inner part. The first reflecting part includes a first light scattering region having a light scattering treatment applied thereto.
Light-emitting device
A light-emitting device comprises: a substrate that holds one end of connection terminals and on which is mounted an electronic component; a light-emitting element that is mounted on one face of the substrate; a support member on which the substrate is mounted; and a cover section that positionally locates and holds the substrate, by mounting on the support member in a condition abutting one face of the substrate. The cover section has a cover section body that covers one face of the substrate; on the cover section body, a light guide is provided, through which passes the light that is emitted from the light emitting element, in a condition in which movement thereof is restricted along directions on either side of the substrate.
Light source device
A light source device includes: a light emitting device having an upper face including a light emission face; and a first lens having a lower face that faces the light emitting device, and an upper face opposite the lower face. The lower face of the first lens includes: an entrance part located in a center of the lower face where light from the light emitting device enters, and a light guide part located outward of the entrance part and configured to guide the light entering the entrance part. The upper face of the first lens includes a plurality of annular protruding portions.

FLEXIBLE COMPONENTIZED LIGHT ENGINE
A light device, a lighting apparatus, and a system including a controller and multiple light devices are described. An example light device includes a printed circuit board (PCB), an input connector disposed at a first side of the PCB, an output connector disposed at second side of the PCB, one or more light engines disposed on the PCB between the input connector and the output connector, and one or more drivers disposed on the PCB. Each light engine of the one or more light engines includes multiple light emitting diodes (LEDs). Each driver of the one or more drivers is configured to control illumination emitted from a respective light engine of the one or more light engines.
Sound card
A sound card includes a shell, a control assembly, a light-emitting assembly and a light guide structure. The shell provided with an accommodating chamber. The control assembly includes a first circuit board arranged in the accommodating chamber. The light-emitting assembly arranged in the accommodating chamber and electrically connected to the first circuit board. The light-emitting assembly is configured to emit light. The light guide structure arranged in the shell. The light guide structure is configured to transfer the light emitted by the light-emitting assembly out of the shell. Compared with the sound card in the prior art, the light guide structure is used to transfer the light emitted by the light-emitting assembly out of the shell, so that a user can observe colorful light, a good lighting atmosphere is created, and a strong visual effect is achieved.

ROTARY POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a housing, an electric motor disposed within the housing, a first printed circuit board assembly configured to selectively supply electric current to the electric motor, causing the electric motor to activate and drive a tool element, and a battery receptacle configured to support a removable battery pack. The battery receptacle has a battery terminal block electrically connected to the battery pack to supply electrical current to the first printed circuit board assembly. The power tool further includes a second printed circuit board assembly electrically connected between the first printed circuit board assembly and the battery terminal block. The second printed circuit board assembly has a fuse and a thermistor configured to detect a temperature of the fuse.
