LAMP FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle lamp includes at least one light source; and at least one optical member disposed in front of the light source to allow light emitted from the light source to be irradiated therethrough in a forward direction to form a beam pattern. The optical member includes a plurality of facets arranged in a predetermined direction to constitute a light emission surface of the optical member, and the light is emitted from the light emission surface in the forward direction. A center line vertically extends in a perpendicular manner to an optical axis of the optical member. Positions of facets belonging to at least one of both opposing areas with respect to the center line among the plurality of facets shift rearward as they go away from the center line to a side, such that a step formed between adjacent facets is directed rearward.
Light-transmitting resin member
A light-transmitting resin member is provided that can inhibit color appearance in which the light-transmitting resin member appears to be colored depending on a viewpoint position. Provided is a light-transmitting resin member, in at least a part of a surface of which a plurality of groove structures configured with a plurality of linear protrusion portions and a plurality of linear recess portions are formed and in which the linear protrusion portions and the linear recess portions extend in directions parallel with each other and the grooves are formed at a pitch at which transmittance of visible light incident at an incident angle in a predetermined range becomes approximately constant, the visible light being incident on a region, in which the grooves are formed, in the surface, the visible light being transmitted through the light-transmitting resin member.
BIKE HORN WITH SOUND ACTIVATED LIGHT
An illuminated bike horn includes a ring attached to a mouth of the bike horn. The illuminated bike horn further includes a light source and sound sensor coupled between the bike horn and the ring. The light source provides illumination in response to the bike horn emitting sound generated in response to movement of a diaphragm coupled to a bell of the bike horn. The light source is a light emitting diode (LED) configured to provide illumination in a plurality of colors. The LED provides illumination for a predetermined period of time during and after the bike horn emits sound. The light source and sound sensor are powered by batteries. The batteries, light source, and sound sensor are secured to bay of a back side of the ring between the bay and a cover. The illuminated bike horn further includes a clamp to attach the bike horn to a handlebar.
VEHICLE LAMP
A light guide body has first protrusion protruding from first curved portion toward a side opposite to diverging portion, second protrusion protruding from second curved portion toward a side opposite to the diverging portion, optical axis of light emitted from light source is arranged to be shifted to the one side or the other side in first direction with respect to a boundary of the diverging portion, and according to proportion of lights diverged to the side of a second light guide part and the side of a third light guide part via the diverging portion, a position of a first connecting portion, to which the first protrusion and the first curved portion are connected, is different from a position of a second connecting portion, to which the second protrusion and the second curved portion are connected, in a second direction which is perpendicular to at least the first direction.
Illumination unit having an antifogging system
The disclosure relates to an illumination unit, in particular an elongated illumination unit, on the outside of a motor vehicle, comprising a housing having at least one light emission opening which is closed by a light-transmissive cover plate, wherein the housing has two end regions, arranged in which in each case is an illumination assembly having at least one light source that is designed to emit light through the cover plate. In a rear housing wall, i.e., in a rear wall of the housing, between the two end illumination assemblies are arranged at least one air inlet opening and, separate therefrom, at least one air outlet opening, wherein the air inlet opening is connected to the vehicle interior of the motor vehicle, whereas the air outlet opening is connected to an outer area of the motor vehicle. This establishes during operation of the motor vehicle an automatic air circulation in the interior of the housing from the air inlet opening to the air outlet opening that is brought about by a pressure difference between vehicle interior and outer area of the motor vehicle.
