Lighting fixture with 2D array of closely-packed LED components
An LED lighting fixture includes a housing, a substrate located within the housing, a plurality of LED groups of various colors mounted on the substrate, each LED color group including multiple LED components, at least one circuit communicating with a power supply and adapted for powering the LED components, and an optical component located at an output end of the housing. The LED components are arranged along first and second directions orthogonal to one another, such that no two LED of the same color reside adjacent one another along both of the first and second directions, and each LED component is spaced-apart from an adjacent LED component a distance no greater than 1.0 mm.
Solid state lamp using light emitting strips
A solid state lamp includes a connector and a bulb portion with multiple strips.
LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
A light-emitting device includes a strip-like high flexibility region and a strip-like low flexibility region arranged alternately in a direction. The high flexibility region includes a flexible light-emitting panel. The low flexibility region includes the light-emitting panel and a support panel having a lower flexibility than that of the light-emitting panel and overlapping with the light-emitting panel. It is preferable that the light-emitting panel include an external connection electrode and that a length in the direction of a low flexibility region A that overlaps with the external connection electrode be longer than a length in the direction of a low flexibility region B that is closest to the region A.
Light Scattering Optical Element For Lighting Applications
An optical element with light scattering properties is configured for use in a light fixture or lighting module. When used in combination with a reflector or reflective surface proximate to an output face, the optical element can provide a range of non-Lambertian light distributions in alternative embodiments. The optical element utilizes combinations of dispersed light scattering particles and/or surface features to selectively scatter, disperse and internally reflect light. Using such optical arrangements it is possible to create light distributions with a single or multiple lobes or peak intensities and to control the position and shape of light distributions. The optical element is particularly suitable in low profile edge lit lighting assemblies used in indoor lighting products such as suspended, surface or recessed mounted linear light fixtures, ceiling mounted downlights, cove lights, and light fixtures for wall washing or perimeter lighting.
MOUNTING BRACKET FOR FLUSH MOUNT LIGHTING FIXTURE
A mounting bracket for flush mounting a lighting device is provided. The mounting bracket comprises: a first planar member and a second planar member, at least one of the first and second planar members having a center, and one or two transverse members disposed at opposite ends of at least one of the first and second planar members, wherein at least one of the first and second planar members includes two adjacent openings and a receiving member offset from the center of the at least one of the first and second planar members, the receiving member being positioned intermediate the two openings.

LED LIGHTING DEVICE
A light emitting diode (LED) lighting device is provided comprising a frame forming a shape and having a substantially consistent cross-sectional profile, with the frame having an inner surface. A front panel is provided for the LED lighting device having a front surface sized and shaped to substantially correspond to the inner surface of the frame, and a rear surface having a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the front surface and a size smaller than the front surface. The front panel is provided with an edge profile having a depth extending from the front surface to the rear surface and an adhesive having a thickness is positioned between the edge profile adjacent the rear surface of the front panel and the inner surface of the frame.
PLANAR LIGHTING DEVICE
A display device including a lower cover; a circuit substrate on the lower cover; a plurality of light sources disposed on the circuit substrate; a reflection layer disposed on the lower cover; a light regulating pattern disposed close to an edge of the reflection layer; and an optical sheet disposed on the light sources. Further, a width of the light regulating pattern changes along the edge of the reflection layer.
ADJUSTABLE-BEAM LUMINAIRES
A luminaire for providing configurable static lighting or dynamically-adjustable lighting. The luminaire uses an array of focusing elements that act on light provided via a corresponding array of sources or via an edge-lit lightguide. Designs are provided for adjusting the number of distinct beams produced by the luminaire, as well as the angular width, angular profile, and pointing angle of the beams. Designs are also provided for systems utilizing the adjustable luminaires in various applications.
Lighting fixture
A lighting fixture defines a lateral direction, a transverse direction, and a vertical direction. The light fixture includes a frame and a first panel supported by the frame. The first panel includes a first edge extending between a front surface of the first panel and a rear surface of the first panel. The lighting fixture includes a second panel supported by the frame. The second panel includes a second edge extending between a front surface of the second panel and a rear surface of the second panel. The lighting fixture includes at least one light source configured to illuminate the first panel and the second panel. The lighting fixture includes a light reflector extending adjacent to the rear surface of the first panel and the rear surface of the second panel. The light reflector reflects light emitted from at least one of the first panel and the second panel.
