LED light bulb
An LED light bulb includes a bulb shell, a bulb base, a stem, conductive supports, an LED filament, and a supporting arm. The bulb base is connected to the bulb shell. The stem is connected to the bulb base. The conductive supports are connected to the stem. The LED filament includes a filament body and two conductive electrodes. The conductive electrodes are at two ends of the filament body and connected to the conductive supports. The filament body is around the stem. The supporting arm is connected to the stem and the filament body. In a height direction of the LED light bulb, H is a distance from a bottom to a top of the bulb shell. A first height difference is defined between the two conductive electrodes and is from 0 to 1/10H. The filament body is curved to form a highest point and a lowest point. A second height difference is defined between the highest point and the lowest point. The first height difference is less than the second height difference.

An LED light bulb, consisting of: a lamp housing; a bulb base connected to the lamp housing; a stem connected to the bulb base and located in the lamp housing, a single LED filament, disposed in the lamp housing, the LED filament comprising: two conductive supports, each of the two conductive supports connected with the stem and the flexible LED filament; a driving circuit, electrically connected with both the two conductive supports and the bulb base; and a plurality of supporting arms, each of the supporting arms comprise a first end and a second end opposite to the first end of the supporting arms, the first end of each of the supporting arms is connected with the stand while the second end of each of the supporting arms is connected with the LED filament; where anodes of LED sections are electrically connected together to serve as a first positive electrode P1 and/or a second positive electrode P2 of the flexible LED filament, cathodes of LED section serve as a first negative electrode N1 and/or a second negative electrode N2, respectively, where the positive electrode P1 and/or the second positive electrode P2, the first negative electrode N1 and/or the second negative electrode N2 are separately electrically connected to the driving circuit through the conductive supports.

A light bulb including a substrate having a light emitting member provided thereon; and a main body in which the substrate is removably received, the main body having a heat sink and electrical contact members. The electrical contact members include an electrically conductive body portion that is mounted to the main body and the electrically conductive body portion mechanically secures the substrate in position in the main body.
Light apparatus
A lighting apparatus includes a LED strip having an elongated substrate and multiple LED modules. A light passing cover enclosing the LED strip. The light passing cover have an extending linear surface with a main portion and a transition portion. A first cap and a second cap connect to the light passing cover. The first cap has a first connecting surface, a first contacting surface, and a first side surface. The second cap has a second connecting surface, a second contacting surface, and a second side surface. The first connecting surface and the second connecting surface provide a bridge connecting to the light passing cover. The first contacting surface and the second contacting surface have a transmission between an inner area and an external area of the light passing cover. The first side surface and the second side surface support a structure of the light passing cover.
Solid State Lamp Using Light Emitting Strips
In one embodiment, an LED lamp has a generally bulb shape. The LEDs are low power types and are encapsulated in thin, narrow, flexible strips. The LEDs are connected in series in the strips to drop a desired voltage. The strips are affixed to the outer surface of a bulb form to provide structure to the lamp. The strips are connected in parallel to a power supply, which may be housed in the lamp. Since many low power LEDs are used and are spread out over a large surface area, there is no need for a large metal heat sink. Further, the light emission is similar to that of an incandescent bulb. In other embodiment, there is no bulb form and the strips are bendable to have a variety of shapes. In another embodiment, a light sheet is bent to provide 360 degrees of light emission. Illumination device
An illumination device includes a supporting base, and a light-emitting element inserted in the supporting base. The light-emitting element includes a substrate having a supporting surface and a side surface, a light-emitting chip disposed on the supporting surface, and a first wavelength conversion layer covering the light-emitting chip and only a portion of the supporting surface without covering the side surface.
