LIGHTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an illumination device, including: a support member; and at least one first light source on the support member and at least one second light source on the support member, where the first light source has a first light distribution, the second light source has a second light distribution, and the first light distribution is different from the second light distribution.
EXPANDING MULTI-FACED WORK LIGHT FLASHLIGHT
A combination flash light and work light. The device can also be provided with a USB receptacle port for electrically connecting a cable to recharge the internal battery or using the internal battery to charge another electronic device. A plurality of light array panels can be pivotally secured to the main light unit. The main light head can also pivot with respect to the rest of housing where the electrical circuits and components are housed. A relatively large or wide base can be provided at a bottom end to allow the device to be freestanding. A magnet and/or hook can be provided at the base to permit the device to be hung to an object or secured to a metallic surface. One or more, and preferably all, of the light bodies housing the light array panels can also be provided with solar panels/solar cells that can be directly connected to a rechargeable battery of the combination light for aiding in recharging such battery.
Light guide element and lamp
A light guide element and a lamp are provided. The light guide element includes a light-incident surface, a light-emitting surface, an outer surface and an inner surface. The light-incident surface has a first outer peripheral edge and a first inner peripheral edge. The light-emitting surface is opposite to the light-incident surface and has a second outer peripheral edge and a second inner peripheral edge. The outer surface connects the first outer peripheral edge and the second outer peripheral edge. The inner surface connects the first inner peripheral edge and the second inner peripheral edge. A first opening defined by the inner surface adjacent to the first inner peripheral edge is larger than a second opening defined by the inner surface adjacent to the second inner peripheral edge.
Lighting assembly
There is provided a lighting assembly comprising: a frame; a power supply connector coupled to the frame at and along a first inner side of the frame, wherein the power supply connector is configured to receive a power from an external power supply; a support coupled to the frame at and along a second inner side of the frame, wherein the first side is opposite to the second side; and a lighting module disposed between and coupled to the power supply connector and the support, wherein the lighting module is configured to receive the power from the power supply connector, and the lighting module has a lighting element embedded therein, wherein the lighting module is physically supported by the support.
TROFFER LIGHT FIXTURE RETROFIT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An adapter bracket for retrofitting an existing troffer light fixture includes one of a channel, a base portion, and a frame member, each configured to rest on a T-bar of a ceiling system. The channel is configured to receive and retain a portion of a troffer housing for the existing troffer light fixture. The base portion is configured to support the troffer housing along a full length of the troffer housing. The frame member defines an aperture configured to receive a portion of a troffer door assembly. The aperture includes a slot and a notch, where the notch is defined adjacent to the slot and is narrower than the slot. Each of the base portion, the channel, and the frame member includes a mounting surface configured to engage with a retainer of the troffer door assembly.
High power LED lighting device
A high power LED lighting device is provided that includes a case, a substrate disposed in the case and including a plurality of LED chips are mounted thereon, and a reflection module connected to the substrate and including a plurality of light reflection semi-spheres protruding from a plate body. The device provides improved heat discharging properties, among others.
LED ILLUMINATION MODULE
An LED illumination module is described, where a row of LED elements (1) is arranged via a substrate (16) on a secondary cooling element (2). The secondary cooling element (2) can consist of a first material layer (16, 17) of copper and a second material layer (18) of aluminium. In such material combinations, phononic refraction leads to a good lateral heat distribution, which improves the heat flow and reduces temperature gradients. Alternatively or in addition thereto, the secondary cooling element (2) can be equipped with heat pipes. The LED elements (1) are electrically contacted by means of a current supply member (21) arranged at a distance from the substrate (16).
AIRFIELD LIGHT
An airfield light, components thereof, and associated methods. The airfield light can include a baffle including a baffle body and one or more baffle members secured to the baffle body. The baffle members are configured to cover portions of a baffle window. At least one light source is mounted in association with the baffle and emits light out of the baffle window. The baffle members cover portions of the baffle window for blocking light transmission therethrough. A method of assembling an airfield light includes arranging a baffle to shroud a light assembly and removing a baffle member to permit light from the light assembly to emit through a portion of a baffle window opened by removing the baffle member. A baffle for an airfield light is also disclosed.
LED LIGHT EMITTING APPARATUS HAVING BOTH REFLECTED AND DIFFUSED SUBASSEMBLIES
A light emitting apparatus and lighting fixture including a plurality of light emitting sub assemblies, each sub assembly comprising a plurality of LEDs. At least one light emitting subassembly comprises a diffuser positioned in front of a light emitting side of the LEDs on the subassembly. At least one of the other light emitting subassembly comprises a reflector reflecting light emitted from the LEDs.
Luminaire and a method for providing task lighting and decorative lighting
A luminaire comprises a first lighting module for providing a first lighting effect such as task lighting. The first lighting module has a front light exit face and a support structure with a rear reflective portion. A second lighting module is for providing a second lighting effect such as decorative lighting, directed to the reflective portion of the support structure. The luminaire is capable of producing the two different lighting effects in different directions.
