The second housing is detachably connected to the first housing. The first light source is connected to the body and adapted to generate a first light beam. The second light source is connected to the body and adapted to generate a second light beam. The first housing is adapted to allow the first light beam to emit out along a first direction, the second housing is adapted to allow the second light beam to emit out along a second direction, and the second direction is different from the first direction.
LIGHT SOURCE UNIT
Provided is a light source unit in which mounted light-emitting elements are cooled more homogeneously. The light source unit includes: a substrate having a first main surface on which a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are mounted; a first through hole that communicates between the first main surface and a second main surface on a side opposite to the first main surface, the first through hole having a center located within a predetermined range from the center of gravity of the first main surface when viewed in a direction orthogonal to the first main surface of the substrate; a heatsink provided on the side of the second main surface of the substrate; and a first fixing screw that is inserted through the first through hole of the substrate and screwed into a screw hole, provided corresponding to the first through hole, to fix the substrate and the heatsink.
STEERING WHEEL
A steering wheel includes an illumination unit, an illumination arrangement part where the illumination unit is arranged, and an outer coat layer made of a leather member. The illumination arrangement part includes a covering portion covered with the outer coat layer and a recess part is formed at the covering portion. The recess part houses a terminal portion of the leather member and at least a part of the illumination unit, and has an opening opened outwardly. The illumination unit includes a light-emitting part, and a closing member having permeability to light emitted from the light-emitting part and closing the opening of the recess part. The covering portion includes a recess part side wall forming section forming a side surface of the recess part, and a recess part bottom wall forming section forming a bottom surface of the recess part. The terminal portion of the leather member is arranged continuously along the recess part side wall forming section and the recess part bottom wall forming section.
TROFFER LIGHT FIXTURE RETROFIT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A retrofitting kit for retrofitting an existing troffer light fixture having a troffer housing includes a door assembly and a retainer including a flange. The flange is deformable between a first position and a second position. The light source is within the housing. The retainer includes the flange coupled to the housing of the door assembly. The retainer is configured to engage at least one of the troffer housing and a T-bar of a ceiling system to thereby selectively secure the door assembly within the ceiling system when the flange is in the first position. The retainer is further configured to facilitate at least one of installation and removal of the door assembly when the flange is in the second position.
LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING A LENS BODY
A lighting arrangement 100, comprising an elongated lens body 110, extending in a length direction, L, and being defined by a transversely extending and mutually opposing first end surface, E1, and second end surface, E2, and a first side surface, S1, a second side surface, S2, and a third side surface, S3. Each side surface connects the first end surface with the second end surface. The lens body comprises at least one recess 120 arranged along the length direction and only at at least one of the first side surface and second side surface, wherein the first side surface is oriented at an angle with the second side surface, wherein 60<=<=120. The lighting arrangement further comprises at least one array 130 of a plurality of light emitting diodes 140, LEDs, arranged in at least one of the at least one recess.
BLOCKING BOLLARD COMPRISING A WARNING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR ACTUATING A BLOCKING BOLLARD
A barrier bollard includes a warning device, a light source, and a barrier body arranged on a main body to be movable via a drive over a barrier height between an open and a barrier position. The light source is arranged on a lateral surface of the barrier body over a warning height in a warning region associated with an upper side of the barrier body. The light source emits an optical warning signal in an activated state. The upper side is substantially flush with the surface of the main body in the open position. In the barrier position, the upper side is moved out from the ground to project in the barrier height over the main body. The barrier body is movable for a warning sequence in a warning position where it is partially moved out from the main body and is temporarily stationary for a warning time.
OPTICAL ELEMENT AND LUMINAIRE EQUIPPED THEREWITH
An optical element (1) for influencing light emitted by light sources (7) has at least one pair of optical system elements (10) which are arranged next to one another and integrally formed with one another. A light entrance region (4) and a deflecting surface portion (5) are formed on the back side (2) of each optical system element (10). Each optical system element (10) is designed so that first light rays (L1) from an assigned light source (7) are directly incident on the deflecting surface portion (5) and undergo total-internal reflection at the deflecting surface portion (5), and subsequently leave the optical element (1) via the front-side surface portion (6). Each optical system element (10) is also designed so that second light rays (L2) of the light from the assigned light source (7 are directly incident on the front-side surface portion (6), undergo total-internal reflection at the front-side surface portion (6), subsequently are incident on the deflecting surface portion (5), undergo total-internal reflection at the deflecting surface portion (5), and subsequently leave the optical element (1) via the front-side surface portion (6).
VEHICLE CABIN ILLUMINATION DEVICE
The application improves a design while controlling cost increase. In a vehicle cabin illuminating device, a first and second cabin LEDs are housed in a case. A panel of the case is provided with a cabin illuminator, and a light irradiated from the first and the second cabin LEDs passes through the cabin illuminator to illuminate inside a vehicle cabin. The panel is provided with a decorative illuminator having a decorative translucent portion that can transmit light, and the first lens housed in the case guides light from the first cabin LED to a back side of the decorative illuminator, and the second lens housed in the case guides light from the second cabin LED to the back side of the decorative illuminator. Thus, the decorative illuminator can be illuminated using the first and second cabin LEDs for illuminating inside the vehicle cabin, thereby decorating the vehicle cabin illuminating device.
