The metal intermediate slide segment may be slideable relative to the outer slide segment. The plastic inner slide segment may be slideable relative to the intermediate slide segment. The plastic chassis member may be removably coupled to the inner slide segment.

Device for setting a closing position of a drawer, carcass rail, drawer guide, and drawer
11033103 · 2021-06-15 · ·

A device is provided for adjusting a closing position of a drawer. The device is configured to be attached to a carcass rail such that the closing position of the drawer can be set with respect to a direction of movement of the drawer provided with the rail guide. The device includes a rotatable adjusting element and a stop. When the device is mounted on the furniture, the stop can be brought into different adjustment positions on the device by turning the adjusting element, and the stop predefines the closing position of the drawer. The adjusting element and a sliding element of the device, coupled to the adjusting element, are configured that the sliding element is linearly adjustable by a turning movement of the adjusting element, and the stop is provided on the sliding element.

Furniture with anti-tipping features

Dresser includes a frame having a wall section forming at least part of a rear wall, and an upper panel that covers an accessible space. A bracket is attached to a vertical support, a first connector is attached to the bracket, a second connector is attached to the frame in a position to be in the space and removably engages with the first connector when present in the space under the upper panel. The first and/or second connector is length adjustable relative to its supporting structure, i.e., relative to the bracket in the case of the first connector or relative to the frame in the case of the second connector to enable a distance between the frame and the vertical support to be reduced. A reduction in distance between the frame and the vertical support and engagement between the first and second connectors prevents tipping of the piece of furniture.

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for load bearing slides

Slides provided herein may be configured to support substantial loads while experiencing vibration and shock in the retracted position without degradation of the slide mechanism. An example slide may include: a fixed rail member; a second rail member, a third rail member, where the second rail member is disposed between the fixed rail member and the third rail member, where the second and third rail members translate between an extended position relative to the fixed rail member and a retracted position relative to the fixed rail member; and at least one bearing attached to one of the second rail member or the third rail member, where the at least one bearing is engaged when the second rail member is in the extended position, and disengaged in response to the third rail member being in the retracted position.

Holding device for a front panel of a drawer

A securing device (1) for securing a front panel of a drawer to a drawer frame, having a holding element (2) for securing to the front panel and a closing element (3) for securing to the drawer frame. A spring (44) is operatively connected to the closure (50). The closure (50) is implemented for exposing a holding region of the holding element (2) in an open rotational position of the closure (50), and for blocking the holding region in a closed position of the closure (50). A transmission element (60) is hinged to the closure by a rotating/sliding connection on the closure side spaced apart from the rotary axis of the closure. A rotating/sliding connection on the opener side having a first bearing element (64) is disposed on the transmission element (60) opposite the rotating/sliding connection on the closure side. The rotating/sliding connection on the opener side produces a connection to a displaceably supported opener (70). The rotating/sliding connection on the opener side comprises a first and a second control curve (92, 93) in which the first bearing element (64) is guided, and the two control curves (92, 93) intersect. The transmission element (60) is preferably implemented having a plurality of parts and comprises a plurality of lever arms (60.1, 60.2). The transmission element (60) is particularly preferably implemented as a toggle lever.

Synchronization system, slide rail assembly and driving method for slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail movable relative to the first rail, an elastic member, a locking member configured to temporarily lock the elastic member, and a synchronization device. The synchronization device includes a base connected to the second rail, a driving member movably mounted to a first part of the base, a mounting base arranged on a second part of the base, a sleeve, and a synchronization rod. The mounting base is configured to mount the sleeve connected with the synchronization rod. When the second rail is moved relative to the first rail from a retracted position to an over-pressing position along a first direction, the locking member unlocks the elastic member to release an elastic force for driving the second rail to move along a second direction, such that the driving member further drives the sleeve and the synchronization rod.

Slide rail mechanism

A slide rail mechanism includes a rail member, a supporting member, a first bracket and a fastening member. The rail member includes an upper wall, a lower wall and a longitudinal wall connected between the upper wall and the lower wall. The supporting member and the rail member are capable of moving relative to each other along a longitudinal direction. The supporting member includes an upper supporting portion, a lower supporting portion and a longitudinal portion connected between the upper supporting portion and the lower supporting portion. The first bracket and the supporting member are capable of moving relative to each other along the longitudinal direction. The fastening member is capable of in one of a first state and a second state relative to the first bracket.
