A furniture stabilizing assembly for keeping furniture level on a support surface includes at least one spacer that may be inserted between a leg of furniture and a support surface. Thus, the furniture may sit level on the support surface. The at least one spacer has an adjustable height. Thus, the at least one spacer may space the leg of furniture a selected distance from the support surface.

Anti-seismic isolator for isolating of a structure provided with support feet with respect to a ground subject to vibrations induced for example by an earthquake, said isolator comprising an oscillating element that can be associated with at least one of the supporting feet of said structure and a supporting framework provided with a supporting base adapted to support the isolator with respect to the ground, in which said oscillating element and said supporting framework are associated with each other by means of connecting elements sliding in pairs of substantially parallel arched guides, arranged in at least one out of said oscillating element and said supporting framework, whereby said oscillating element and said supporting framework are mutually oscillating and the mutual oscillation of the oscillating element and of the supporting framework causes the simultaneous mutual sliding thereof along two directions perpendicular to each other.

A stand for a touch screen device, including a base including at least two wheels, wherein the wheels are retractable within the base. The stand also includes a frame including a first end and a second end, attached by its first end to the base. Furthermore, the stand includes a support for the touch screen device, attachable to the frame at the proximity of the second end of the frame. The support includes means for rotating the support with respect to the frame and means for locking the support with respect to the frame. The stand also includes a battery and means for connecting the battery to the touch screen device.

A stabilizer pad includes a generally square shape with an interior area having a geometry adapted to removably secure objects having either matching geometrical bases. The pad is capable of stacking upon an identically shaped pad.

An analytical apparatus to be installed on a substantially horizontal surface of a diagnostic laboratory is presented. A modular furniture assembly includes: a base member having a frame assembly, a transverse member having a frame assembly, a foot configured to contact a support surface, and a mounting platform having a plurality of apertures therethrough. The mounting platform is configured to be mounted on the base member frame assembly and the transverse member frame assembly, thereby connecting the frame assemblies. The foot is selectively mounted on the mounting platform, such that the foot is configured to contact the support surface when the modular furniture assembly is in an upright configuration. An umbrella tip structure for vertical placement of an umbrella is disclosed, including a fixed pillar, a movable barrel, a spring, and at least two tip blades. The umbrella tip structure is mountable to an umbrella in such a way that tip blades can be automatically expanded and/or collapsed so that in use, with a movable barrel positioned against a horizontal surface, the tip blades may be opened automatically to make the umbrella tip structure a stable and firm support stand that stably and firmly supports the umbrella in a vertical, upright condition on a horizontal surface, achieving vertical placement of the umbrella. The operation and use of the umbrella tip structure is simple and easy.

A leveler for stabilizing furniture and other items which may be stacked one upon another in a stackable fashion. One or more stackable levelers may be used for many indoor, garage, patio, pool, and outdoor applications. In addition to stabilizing furniture, including tables, chairs, shelving, desks, beds, sofas, and anything with feet and/or legs, the levelers may be used in various camping and outdoor applications, including for stabilizing ladders, appliances, and kickstands.
