A burner unit includes first and second burner assemblies supplied with a gas mixture via first and second valves, respectively. A first valve control assembly controls the first and second valves between open and closed positions. Third and fourth burner assemblies of the burner unit are supplied with a gas mixture via third and fourth valves, respectively. A second valve control assembly controls the third and fourth valves between open and closed positions. The first and second valve control assemblies are separate assemblies that are configured to cooperate to simultaneously provide a gas mixture to the first, second, third and fourth burner assemblies in respective high power settings of the first and second valve control assemblies.

A cover for closing an opening of a case body of the burner case is attached to the case body by a first caulking portion and a second caulking portion. A first caulking direction and a second caulking direction intersect with each other, the first caulking direction is a direction in which a first attachment piece and a first facing portion, those constituting the first caulking portion, face each other and are caulked, the second caulking direction is a direction in which a second attachment piece and a second facing portion, those constituting the second caulking portion, face each other and are caulked. Thus, the case body and the cover are not required to be screwed or the number of the screws is reduced, and leakage of gas from the burner case to outside is prevented.

In this manner, the barbecue (10) is arrangeable between an assembled position, in which the leg panels (12) are substantially parallel and upright with the extending heads (30) of the floor panel hinge (28) captured within the respective keyhole slots (14) and the frame 20 and floor panel (26) of the holder arrangement (18) being substantially horizontal, and a collapsed position, in which the leg panels (12), gridiron or grill (16), quadrilateral frame (20), side panels (24) and floor panel (26) are hinged onto each other to lie substantially coterminous.
