The heater includes at least one pressure regulator, a control valve in fluid communication with the pressure regulator, and a selector valve in fluid communication with a gas outlet of the control valve. Each of the first and second pilot burners is arranged to direct a flame toward respective first and second thermocouples. The control valve includes an electromagnetic valve electrically connected to both the first and second thermocouples, the first and second thermocouples being arranged electrically connected in reverse polarity, such that in the event of the second gas being improperly supplied to the first pilot burner the resulting electromotive force generated by the first and second thermocouples is less than a disengagement threshold value of the electromagnetic valve.

Low NOx gas burners with carryover ignition

A gas burner for low NO.sub.x gas furnaces is disclosed with improved flame carryover for igniting one or more adjacent burners. The burner includes a burner tube that receives a mixture of fuel and air. The burner tube is coupled to an outlet. The outlet includes a primary outlet opening which is in communication with at least one transverse slot for communicating a flame to at least one adjacent burner. The primary outlet opening may be elliptical and the outlet further may also include a concave outer face through which the primary outlet opening extends. The at least one slot may include a pair of oppositely directed transverse slots extending outward from the primary outlet opening along a semi-minor axis of the primary outlet opening.

Aimable well test burner system

A well test burner system has a plurality of burner nozzles supported by a support structure. Each burner nozzle has an air inlet, a well product inlet and an air/well product mixture outlet. At least one of the burner nozzles is supported to pivot relative to the support structure while the burner nozzle is operating to expel air/well product mixture.

Systems and methods are disclosed that include providing a cooking system that comprises a burner assembly and a heat exchanger submerged in a vessel. The burner assembly includes a high velocity burner and a low velocity burner, the high velocity burner configured to provide the necessary high velocity, volumetric flowrate through a fluid duct of the heat exchanger that includes a plurality of compactly-arranged, alternatingly-disposed vertical and horizontal tubes passing through the fluid duct, and the low velocity burner configured to significantly reduce and/or substantially eliminate lift off that could result from operation of only the high velocity burner. The heat exchanger is submerged in the vessel with the tubes of the heat exchanger open to the vessel to allow ingress and egress of a fluid contained within the vessel.

HIGH EFFICIENCY BURNER
20170082286 · 2017-03-23 ·

A high efficiency natural draft gas burner that uses a plate attached to the burner tube to block secondary air from being introduced into a firetube or confined space vessel, ensuring that only inspired air nearly homogenously mixed with fuel is ignited at the burner tip. The venturi may be sized and shaped to ensure proper mixing of the inspired air and fuel, thus reducing emissions. This proper mixing combined with the lack of secondary air may reduce the fuel consumption and CO.sub.2 emissions of the burner by as much as 75%.

A pulse cleaning system for disinfecting untreated grains and pulses. The pulse cleaning system comprises an outer body, a top end, a top outer edge, a bottom end, and a conveyor. The pulse cleaning system is useful in cleaning a dry commodity by inserting the dry commodity into the top end, cleaning the dry commodity within the outer body, releasing the dry commodity at the bottom end, and collecting the dry commodity on the conveyor. The outer body comprises a top opening at the top end, and a bottom opening at the bottom end. each among one or more exterior burner assemblies and an interior chamber strip burner is configured to create variable flame according to an end user's preference, or according to amounts of a fuel provided. after treatment by the pulse cleaning system, the dry commodity is referred to as a treated grains and pulses.

Air handling unit

An air handling unit (AHU) for a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) system includes a housing and a combustion heater disposed within the housing. The housing includes a combustion section with a first channel and a second channel. The combustion heater includes heat exchanger tubes and a tube support that supports heat exchanger tubes within the combustion section. The tube support slidably disposed in the first channel and the second channel. The combustion heater configured to be slidably removable from the AHU. An AHU for an HVACR system includes a housing with a fan section and a fan assembly disposed within the housing. The fan assembly including a pair of grooves slidably disposed on a pair of rails of the housing. The fan assembly configured to be both slidably removable from the AHU and liftably removable from the AHU.
