Waste oil burner improved preheater design
An improved oil preheater assembly for a waste oil burner that significantly reduces the labor time required to perform routine maintenance. This is accomplished by incorporating a removable cover to directly access the heated oil passages for cleaning thereby providing a simplified method of access to the areas most often requiring routine maintenance. Additionally this design provides an improved electrical control system which significantly reduces electrical energy consumption and the formation of oil carbonization when oil burner heat output is not required. Additionally this design incorporates a nozzle cleaning system for a low pressure siphoning type of discharge nozzle which can remove carbonization and other nozzle contamination and obstructions without the disassembly of components.
BURNER COMPRISING A WEARING PIECE
A burner for a facility for melting vitrifiable materials, includes an injector block including a combustion gas distribution network and at least one injector, and a plate in glass and/or flame contact which overlaps the injector block and includes at least one injection hole in fluid communication with the injector, wherein the plate is removably attached to the injector block.
Orifice holder construction
An orifice holder assembly provides a boss connected by at least one arm to a base having an outlet therethrough. The boss is provided below the outlet. A tube is inserted through the boss until a bead contacts a first boss surface and the tube end is then deflected to form a lip where the lip and the bead connects the tube to the boss. An orifice body is then inserted in the tube end.
BURNER WITH A SLURRY COATING, WITH HIGH RESISTANCE TO METAL DUSTING
At least a part of a burner for a catalytic reactor is coated with a silicate based nickel aluminide slurry diffusion coating.
PREMIX GAS BURNER
A premix gas burner comprises a metal plate structure, a burner deck and a shaped distributor plate. The metal plate structure is provided for mounting the premix gas burner in a heating appliance. The burner deck comprises a woven wire mesh on the outer surface of which premix gas is combusted after the premix gas has flown through the woven wire mesh. The shaped distributor plate comprises perforations. When the burner is in use the premix gas flows through the perforations of the shaped distributor plate before the premix gas flows through the woven wire mesh. One or more than one slot or notch shaped opening is provided in the shaped distributor plate. The woven wire mesh comprises a circumferential edge comprising at least one tab. The tab or tabs is/are inserted through a slot or notch shaped opening in the shaped distributor plate.
PREMIX GAS BURNER
A premix gas burner (100) comprises a metal mounting plate (102) for mounting the premix gas burner in a heating appliance; a metal plate structure (104) and a burner deck (106). The burner deck comprises a woven wire mesh on the outer surface of which premix gas is combusted after the premix gas has flown through the woven wire mesh. The woven wire mesh comprises a circumferential edge (108). The circumferential edge comprises a plurality of tabs (110). The mounting plate comprises a central opening. The burner deck is inserted through the central opening. The metal mounting plate or the metal plate structure comprises at least one ridge (112). The at least one ridge comprises at least one notch (114). Each of the tabs is positioned in a notch. The metal mounting plate and the metal plate structure are in contact with each other at the top of the ridge, such that the open side of the at least one notch is covered; and such that the tabs are held in between the metal mounting plate and the metal plate structure with play being present of the tabs relative to the metal mounting plate and relative to the metal plate structure.
BURNER
A burner has a housing on which a combustion tube is arranged, wherein the combustion tube has an opening at the end averted from the housing, wherein a mixing element is provided in the combustion tube, and the space between the mixing element and the opening forms a combustion chamber, wherein the housing has at least two mutually separate channels which open out in the mixing element, wherein gases flow through the channels and the mixing element, and mixing of the gases takes place for the first time in a combustion chamber, wherein the mixing element is produced in an additive manufacturing process and has at least two separate intermediate channels which branch in the direction of the combustion chamber in a flow direction.
SYSTEM OF GAS BURNERS, IN PARTICULAR FOR A COOKING TOP FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
The present device relates to a system of gas burners, in particular for a cooking top for household use and including a pair of substantially concentric burners. The pair of burners including an outer burner equipped with a first base, a first burner body and a first flame divider, and an inner burner equipped with a second base, a second burner body and a second flame divider. The present device is characterized in that the first base of the outer burner and the second base of the inner burner are made from a metallic sheet that is shaped by deep drawing.
GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY FOR A GAS COOKING APPLIANCE, AND GAS COOKING APPLIANCE INCORPORATING SAID GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY
According to one embodiment a gas burner assembly is provided that includes a gas burner having a burner body. An injector fluidly coupled to a gas conduit is oriented towards the gas burner. A burner holder that is configured to support the burner body includes two independent parts, a burner base and an injector base located below the burner base, the burner base being coupled to the burner body. The burner base includes a hole that fluidly communicates the burner body with an injector located in the injector base. The burner base compatible with a specific type of gas burner and the injector base being compatible with a plurality of types of burner bases.
