In the chair, the upper support frame includes a left side portin and a right side portions both extending forward at left and right sides of the seated person and a rear portion that continuously and integrally connects the left side portion and the right side portion. The left side portion and the right side portion are connected to side support bodies arranged on left and right sides of the seat to be tiltable, and the backrest is connected to the upper support frame to be tiltable rearward.
4-STAR BASE FOR A CHAIR
A base for a chair is described. The example base for the chair includes a central support coupled to a seat pan of the chair, a first pair of legs extending radially from the central support, and a second pair of legs extending radially from the central support. The first pair of legs extend in a direction opposite the second pair of legs. A first angle between the first pair of legs is larger than a second angle between the second pair of legs.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DETERMINING NUMBER OF POSTURE CHANGES FOR A GROUP AND DETERMINING OPTIMAL OPERATING MODELS FOR INTELLIGENT AUTOMATED CHAIRS
The present disclosure is directed to a method of collecting and using data obtained from an intelligent automated chair to optimize workflow and increase a user or group's health and productivity. Sensors in the intelligent automated chair can include motion, touch, heart rate, weight, presence, sound, keystroke, etc. In addition, posture, health, and productivity data are collected and compared over periods of time along with a learning algorithm to recommend specific operating models to increase a user or group's overall posture, health, and productivity. The methods and systems are configured to recommend action steps based on usage that can include a chair training program, nutritional training program, mental health training, bonus consideration, rewards program, advancement consideration, etc. Furthermore, the metrics and recommendations can assist with addressing issues associated with absenteeism and presenteeism. Lastly, data collected can be used to create forecasting models based on productivity and health cost.
Vehicle Bucket Seat Adapter for Alternative Use/Utility
Adapters may be used for connecting pieces of equipment that may not be directly connected. One adapter for a vehicle seat includes two rails and a metal plate connecting the rails. The rails further include a plurality of holes configured to receive two or more fastening bolts. The fastening bolts are configured to couple a vehicle seat to each of the two rails. The metal plate further includes at least one hole configured to receive a chair base protrusion.
Chair Guide
The invention relates to a device (5) for supporting and for movably guiding a chair (6) in a slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2), which is provided in a housing (7) and is designed as an elongated hole guide, having a carriage (10) that can be moved in the slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2) and supports a chair receptacle (9) of the chair (6). In order to be able to use this device in a more varied manner, according to the invention, the slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2) has at least two slotted guide tracks (13, 14), between which an adjustable rack switch (12) is provided in order to transfer the chair (6) out of the one slotted guide track (13) into the other slotted guide track (14), and vice versa.
Interlinked plinth attachment system for aircraft seats
A plinth attachment system for attachment to at least one track includes: a first plate having a first side configured for mounting to a longitudinally extending track, and a first mounting feature for mounting a first structure; and a second plate having a first side configured for mounting to the track, and a second mounting feature for mounting a second structure. When mounted on the track, at least one interlinking feature of the first side of the first plate and at least one interlinking feature of the first side of the second plate interlock at the track, and, the first mounting feature and second mounting feature are aligned at essentially equivalent longitudinal positions.
Seat
A car seat includes an air outlet located in a seat upper portion (a portion provided above a seat cushion and including a seat back and a headrest) to let out air therethrough; an air inlet located in the seat upper portion to draw in air therethrough; at least one fan configured to produce a current of air flowing from the air outlet toward the air inlet at a front side of the seat upper portion; and a scenting device configured to scent air to be forced out through the air outlet. The air outlet and the air inlet are located in such positions that at least part of the headrest is positioned between the air outlet and the air inlet in a direction from the air outlet toward the air inlet as viewed from a front side.
Seat, chair, and load support body
To realize a noble, useful seat with a simple structure designed to follow a natural movement of a seated person in front-rear and left-right directions and to support appropriately a movement of the person continuously changing its posture while the person balances a load. The seat includes the elastic support layer 3 and upper and lower base units 4 and 5 arranged to sandwich the elastic support layer 3. The upper base unit 4 includes the rolling surface 42e bulging toward the lower base unit 5 thereabove via the elastic support layer 3, is rollable in a 360° direction from the tilt reference position IRP in receiving a load of the seated person, and has a moving distal end side tilting more downward as a distance from the position IRP increases, and is configured to move while compressing the elastic support layer 3 by the rolling surface.
PARASOL PROVIDED WITH CHAIR
Disclosed is a parasol with a chair which allow users such as the elderly sit and rest on a chair by installing the chair on a prop of a parasol installed in a crosswalk, a park, etc., is made lighter and has construction convenience by extruding the chair into a fiber-bonded form, has a high tensile strength to make discoloration inhibition caused by ultraviolet rays excellent while being easily damaged, has non-toxic flame retardant properties to implement high resistance to fire, and has excellent tensile strength, improved strength, and excellent water pressure resistance by using glass fiber, thereby achieve long lifespan.
