PERFORATED FLAME HOLDER SUPPORT MEMBER FOR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
A furnace includes a perforated flame holder formed from an array of tiles. The perforated flame holder is stabilized by a support member extending between at least adjacent tiles. Elongated support members may be positioned to extend through each of the tiles in a respective column of the array of tiles.
SYNTHESIS METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CALCIUM ZIRCONATE-CONTAINING MATERIAL AND BATCH AND COARSE CERAMIC REFRACTORY PRODUCT HAVING A PRE-SYNTHESIZED CALCIUM ZIRCONATE-CONTAINING GRANULAR MATERIAL
A synthesis method for producing a refractory oxide-ceramic material of CaZrO.sub.3, in particular in the form of a refractory granular material that is preferably mechanically comminuted, in particular crushed and/or ground, as well as to a batch and a coarse ceramic, shaped or unshaped, refractory product containing at least one pre-synthesized refractory calcium zirconate-containing granular material.
Protective material for fuel system
A downhole torch system and method of use includes a cylindrical housing, a protective material provided on at least one of the cylindrical housing and the fuel load, and a fuel load located within the cylindrical housing. The protective material is provided between the fuel load and the cylindrical housing to protect the cylindrical housing from adverse effects caused by the reaction of the burning fuel and/or the subsequent production of combustion products for cutting and/or perforating processes during operation of the torch system. The protective material significantly improves the cutting and/or perforating performance of the torch system.

Additively manufactured wall and floating ferrule having a frangible member between the floating ferrule and a build support arm
A combustor assembly for a gas turbine engine and a method of additively manufacturing the same are provided. A combustor dome includes a combustor wall defining a hole and a circumferential groove defined within the combustor wall around the hole. A floating ferrule assembly is additively manufactured with the combustor dome and includes a ferrule positioned at least partially within the hole and defining a radial lip that is received within the circumferential groove to inseparably position the ferrule within the combustor wall. A build support arm is attached to the ferrule by a frangible connecting member, the frangible connecting member being breakable for separating and removing the build support arm from the ferrule.

System and method for the advanced control of nitrogen oxides in waste to energy systems
The present embodiments provide an incinerator which includes a system for reducing NOx and CO emissions. A computational fluid dynamics module is configured to generate a plurality of models related to a plurality of incinerator parameters. A programmable logic controller dynamically maintains a plurality of set points. Further, the programmable logic controller receives a plurality of output signals from a plurality of sensors and compares the plurality of output signals with the plurality of set points. The programmable logic controller is further to affect an amount of above-fire combustion air, an amount of under-fire combustion air, and an amount of above-fire and under-fire flue gas recirculation to reduce NOx emissions produced by the incinerator.
FURNACE FLOOR PROTECTION IN RECOVERY BOILERS
A method and apparatus for protecting a furnace floor of a black liquor recovery boiler, where a mixture is formed by mixing material with a fluid, and the furnace floor is covered by said mixture by flowing the formed mixture onto the floor from the outside of the furnace.
