A door-locking device for a self-cleaning oven includes a support configured to be fixed to a frame of the oven. A main slider is movable relative to the support along a longitudinal rectilinear direction, and is configured to be pushed elastically towards an extracted position and pushed by the door of the oven towards a retracted position. A locking arm is coupled to the support around an articulation axis perpendicular to the longitudinal rectilinear direction and oscillates around the articulation axis between an unlocked position and a locked position. A transmission mechanism connects the locking arm to the main slider and is arranged to swing the locking arm from the unlocked position to the locked position and vice versa via movement of the main slider from the extracted position to the retracted position, and vice versa. An electromagnetic switch includes an electromagnet that drives a movable member associated with a locking pin arranged to lock the main slider in the retracted position.

A multi-function sight port door includes a sensor mount attached at an aperture within the sight port door. A sensor is mounted to the sensor mount and configured to monitor the interior of a heater that the multi-function sight port door is mounted to. The multi-function sight port door is also configured to open to allow visual inspection of the interior of the heater while the sensor is mounted thereto. The multi-function sight port may be configured to allow for one or more of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, tilt, roll, and yaw positioning of the sensor as mounted to the sight port door. The sensor may be a temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flame scanner, gas analyzer, optical-based sensor, thermal imager, thermal camera, or laser-based analyzer.

Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.
