A fire pit cover includes a cap body, a bottom sleeve, a first high-temperature thread, a second high-temperature thread, a weighted ring, and a pair of handles. The cap body includes a flat top portion and an annular lateral portion. The flat top portion, the annular lateral portion, the bottom sleeve, and the pair of handles is made of a silica-glass-fabric material to withstand high temperature of the fire pit/stove. A top end of the annular lateral portion is perimetrically hermetically connected around the flat top portion to the flat top portion through the first high-temperature thread. The bottom sleeve is perimetrically positioned around a bottom end of the annular lateral portion and hermetically connected to the annular lateral portion through the second high-temperature thread.
