Modular basin apparatus
A modular basin apparatus includes a first panel, a second panel and a third panel. The panels include a plurality of slots that receive portions of the other panels. A user may assemble the panels to form a three-dimensional basin apparatus. A concave cavity is formed on the upper side of the apparatus when assembled, and the cavity may be receive materials depending on the application of the assembly. In some embodiments, the apparatus may be used as a modular fire pit, chair, table, or other device. A fourth panel may rest against the first, second and third panels to provide an upper surface. In some embodiments, all panels include the same planform profile and outer dimensions such that they may be stacked in an arrangement having a uniform outer profile for improved transport and storage.
Cooktop appliance
A cooktop appliance includes a plurality of gas burners positioned at an outer surface of a panel. A griddle plate may be positioned over at least one gas burner of the plurality of gas burners. An electric heating element is mounted to the griddle plate. A socket on the panel may receive a plug of the electric heating element. A switch configured for obstructing gas fuel flow to the at least one gas burner of the plurality of gas burners when the griddle plate is positioned over the at least one gas burner of the plurality of gas burners.
COOKING DEVICE FOR A SOLID-FUEL COOKER INCLUDING SOLID COVER DEFINING A COOKING SURFACE AND RELATED METHODS
A cooking device may be for a solid-fuel cooker that may include a firebox for carrying solid-fuel therein and having a base and a sidewall extending upwardly from the base, and a cooking plate defining a first cooking surface. The cooking device may include a tubular fuel container for carrying the solid-fuel therein, and to be carried within the firebox and spaced inwardly from the sidewall. The tubular fuel container may have upper and lower open ends. A solid cover may be carried by the upper open end and may include a cover base having opposing first and second surfaces. The first surface may define a second cooking surface, which may be coupled to the upper open end to define an air seal therewith. A cover sidewall may extend upwardly from the first surface to carry the cooking plate in spaced relation from the cover base.
RADIATIVE FIRE PIT
A fire pit is disclosed that includes a radiant opening, a burn chamber, and a fuel grate. The burn chamber is defined by an inwardly facing surface of an inner wall and a bottom. The fuel grate is positioned within the burn chamber and supports combustible fuel for burning. The radiant opening is positioned within an external wall of the fire pit and exposes a portion of an outwardly facing surface of the inner wall proximate the radiant opening to the environment so that the exposed portion of the inner wall can emit radiant energy laterally through the radiant opening to the environment. The inner wall may include a high emissivity coating that promotes emission of radiant energy. The radiant opening may include a safety screen to prevent users of the fire pit from contacting the hot inner wall.
COMBUSTION BOX
A combustion box comprising an inner casing with a tubular configuration and hollow therein, which is housed in a volumetric housing, the casing running through the inside of the housing, and each one of the ends of the inner casing is in contact with the inner contour of the volumetric housing, such that said ends pass through the inner contour of the volumetric housing, there being an inner intermediate space between the inner contour of the housing and the inner casing, and said intermediate space containing a flammable solid material.
Decorative Rotating Fire Pit
A decorative rotating fire pit has a central support shaft connected onto a burn pan. A louvered top rotates freely atop the central support shaft, and a rounded decorative shell hangs from the louvered top, surrounding the burn pan. The rounded decorative shall has a decorative design formed by removing material from the lateral surface of the rounded decorative shell, projecting an illuminated scene when a fire is started in the burn pan. The rising heat from the fire strikes the louvers of the louvered top, causing the rounded decorative shell to rotate, displaying the decorative design.
GRILL ACCESSORY FOR PROVIDING FOOD ACCESS AND MAINTAINING AIRFLOW CONTROL
The disclosed technology includes a grill accessory for use with a kamado-style grill to enable a user to control the flow of heat throughout the grill and maintain temperature of the cooking chamber. The grill accessory may enable a user to control the flow of heat throughout the grill, providing the user with greater customization of cooking options. The grill accessory may further enable a user to visually inspect a cooking food item while reducing the amount of heat loss from the grill.
Camp fire aid system
Each of a plurality of 7-shaped rods has a short leg above and a long leg below with an acute angle between the short leg and the long leg. A circular large loop is positionable in a first plane in contact with and welded to the lower ends the rods. A circular small loop is positionable in a second plane parallel with the first plane. The small loop is coupled to the rods adjacent to the acute angles. An axis extends through the centers of the loops.
Wood-burning reduced smoke indoor-outdoor moveable fire pit
The invention describes a fire pit which includes at least three legs, a welded pipe cap base, a lower rail, a lower frame flange, a lower spark screen keeper, a reflector/spark screen, and upper spark screen keeper, an upper frame flange, an upper rail, a coil spring upper rail bumper, and a damper lid. The invention comprises an all-metal, wood-burning, reduced smoke, increased efficiency, essentially flame-contained, spark-suppressed, enhanced safety fire pit/fireplace with a metal screen enclosed vertical combustion column, dual safety rail barriers, manually moveable with incorporated two-wheel design, with grill surface, ash containment and ash removal apparatus, with various cooking implement attachment points, optionally configurable and fitted for either indoor or outdoor use, instantly extinguishable (by covering with the provided balanced handled steel safety barrel), and available with optional umbrella-picnic-table.
