Travel pillow apparatus, storage apparatus for the travel pillow apparatus, and methods of manufacture and use. In one embodiment, the travel pillow apparatus, includes an external covering, the external covering including upper and lower support structures; an air bladder apparatus that includes an expandable open-cell foam within an interior of the air bladder apparatus. A combination digging tool and head rest is disclosed having a planar elongate linear member having a first end and a second end, and a planar non-linear member. The linear and non-linear members are coupleable to one another at different locations to form first and second orientations. The first orientation is formed when the first end of the planar elongate linear member is coupled to the first end of the non-linear member so that the planar elongate linear member and the planar elongate non-linear member are coplanar and form a generally J-shaped figure. That figure can be used as a digging tool. The second orientation is formed when the first end of the planar elongate linear member is coupled to the side portion of the non-linear member to form a head rest.

A creeper for accessing cabinets includes a first end and a second end. The creeper includes a base support structure having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of side walls extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. The base support structure also includes a cabinet entry first end that is shaped and dimensioned for positioning within a cabinet and an exposed second end that is shaped and dimensioned to sit outside of the cabinet when cabinet entry first end of the creeper is positioned within the cabinet for use. A downwardly extending leg assembly is secured along the bottom surface of the base support structure. The cabinet creeper may be used for accessing a cabinet or as a seat with the user sitting directly upon the downwardly extending leg assembly.

A back support device for supporting a lower back of a user may include an elastic strap, a first clasping element attached to a first end of the elastic strap, a second clasping element slidably disposed over the elastic strap and configured to releasably engage the first clasping element to form a continuous loop, and a buckle element secured to a second end of the elastic strap. The buckle element is slidably disposed on a medial portion of the elastic strap for adjusting a perimeter length of the continuous loop. The continuous loop is movable between a first position in which the continuous loop has a first perimeter length and a second position in which the continuous loop has a second perimeter length via elastic elongation. The first perimeter length is less than the second perimeter length.
