Pellet stove
09995489 · 2018-06-12 ·

A pellet stove having a combustion assembly housing. Located within the housing in a vertical array are a primary combustion chamber, a secondary combustion chamber located below the primary combustion chamber, and an ash receptacle located below the secondary combustion chamber. The primary combustion chamber communicates with the secondary combustion chamber, and the secondary combustion chamber communicates with the ash receptacle. A pellet feed housing is located above the primary combustion chamber and has a feed plate configured to feed pellets directly into the primary combustion chamber along an inclined path. Air intake ducts communicate ambient air with the interior of the housing. The primary combustion chamber communicates with a combustion gas conduit that conducts combustion gases along an upwardly extending tortuous path to an exhaust stack to provide heating. A pivotal, latchable door is attached to the front of the combustion assembly housing.

WOOD PELLET COMBUSTION SYSTEM
20180149366 · 2018-05-31 ·

A wood pellet combustion container for a fireplace. The wood pellet combustion container comprises a housing having a base and a sidewall forming an interior volume having an open upper end. The housing further includes a platform that is slidably disposed within the sidewall at the open upper end such that it can be removed from the housing. The platform includes a plurality of apertures and a handle disposed thereon, wherein the platform receives burning wood pellets. The sidewall further includes a drawer slidably mounted below the platform, wherein the drawer receives wood pellet ashes that fall through the plurality of apertures. The wood pellet combustion container is placed within a fireplace, such that heat is generated from burning wood pellets placed on the platform.

Air-cooled combustion furnace system

Provided is an air cooled combustion furnace system to effectively operate a combustion furnace for generation of heat energy via combustion of a solid fuel so as to optimize thermal efficiency. The combustion furnace system includes a combustion body structure provided with a hopper and having a combustion space for production of heat energy via combustion of a solid fuel, a cooling device integrally formed in multiple layers with the combustion body structure to cool the combustion body structure via distribution of air, a negative pressure induction device to create a negative pressure within the combustion body structure by suctioning air, a fuel supply device, a grate device constructed by coupling a plurality of grate segments to one another and serving to support the solid fuel being combusted, and a clinker removal device to remove clinkers generated during combustion of the solid fuel from the grate device.

Cabinet circulator solid fuel heater combustion system

A solid fuel burning cabinet circular heating appliance achieves improved emissions performance by providing a secondary air combustion path that preheats secondary combustion air. The firebox is selectively insulated such that areas of the firebox that do not preheat combustion air retain heat in the firebox while areas of the firebox that transfer heat into the combustion air transfer heat through the firebox into the incoming combustion air. The exhaust air path from the firebox to a chimney is also uninsulated to allow relatively quick heat transfer into a room in which the appliance is installed.

FIRE PIT WITH LIFT OFF ASH HANDLING MECHANISM

A fire pit includes an upper portion having an inner chamber wall defining a combustion chamber with a fuel grate retained therein, and a lower portion having a base member defining an ash receptacle. The upper and lower portions separably mate together such that ash falling through the fuel grate is received in the ash receptacle when the upper and lower portions are fitted together.
