DOUBLE-SEALED HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANT DC IGNITOR FOR USE WITH WOOD PELLET BURNER ASSEMBLIES
Embodiments of the inventive concept provide a double-sealed high-temperature resistant DC ignitor for use with a wood pellet burner assembly. The DC ignitor includes a non-heating element portion. The non-heating element portion is connected to at least one of a battery or an AC to DC electrical transformer attached to the wood pellet burner assembly. A heating element is connected to the non-heating element portion, and extends by at least one inch into a combustion region of the wood pellet burner assembly. The heating element portion is configured to be heated by power received from the battery or the AC to DC electrical transformer. The DC ignitor provides safe, reliable, and fast combustion of wood pellets that congregate in a combustion region of the wood pellet burner assembly.
SYSTEM FOR BURNING COMBUSTIBLE FUEL ABOVE A PLACEMENT SURFACE
A stand is provided for elevating a portable stove above a surface. The stand includes a plurality of legs extending radially outward.
Cyclone ignition gun
A cyclone ignition gun includes a housing, an igniter, an electric fan, a battery pack, a gas can and a duct pipe respectively mounted inside the housing, a slide switch mounted in the top side of the housing for controlling the operation of the igniter and the electric fan, and a push switch mounted in the bottom side of the housing for controlling the gas can to discharge gas for burning. The slide switch and the push switch can be simultaneously operated to selectively achieve the function of fire burning and air blowing, the function of fire burning, or the function of air blowing.
Grill removal assembly
A grill removal assembly removes a hot grill grate from an appliance such as a grill, smoker, oven, or the like. The assembly includes a handle has a slot and a pair of tabs. The slot may insertably receive a selected one of a rod on a grill. The tabs may be positioned beneath a central rod on the grill when the slot receives the selected rod. A stabilizer is attached to the handle. The stabilizer abuts the selected rod when the slot receives the selected rod thereby facilitating the handle to remove the grill from an oven.
Drop Bottom Charcoal Chimney
A charcoal starter device includes a cylindrical housing having an open top and an open bottom and a series of spaced apertures near the bottom. The charcoal starter device also has a handle and a hinged charcoal support plate located inside the cylindrical housing just below the handle and having spaced apertures. The hinge is located on the opposite side of the cylindrical housing from the handle. A pull knob is located below the handle, and a support bar for supporting the edge of the charcoal support plate opposite the hinge is affixed to the pull knob. The support bar can be pulled back from the support position by a user pulling the pull knob releasing any charcoal and a spring returns the support bar to the support position under the edge of the hinged charcoal support plate after the support plate has been returned to the support position and the pull knob has been released.
Silicon nitride ceramic heating and ignition device for granular fuel barbecue oven
The present disclosure provides a silicon nitride ceramic heating and ignition device for a granular fuel barbecue oven, including a combustion chamber and a fixing pipe. An outer wall of the combustion chamber is welded to one end of the fixing pipe, the fixing pipe is communicated with an interior of the combustion chamber, and air inlet holes and air flow holes are defined in the two sides of the fixing pipe. One end of the fixing pipe is fixedly connected with a stainless steel sheet bending support, and the heat dissipation ceramic flange sleeve and one end flange port of the fixing pipe are connected with a boss positioning center. An inner cavity of the heat dissipation flange ceramic sleeve is bonded with the silicon nitride ignition rod.
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING A COMBINED FIREPLACE AND WATERFALL
A system for providing a combined fireplace and waterfall is disclosed. The system includes a housing configured for storing water. The housing has a front side, wherein a portion of the front side is open. A platform within the housing is configured for receiving a fireplace module on top the platform, the fireplace module being configured for producing a flame that is visible from the front. A horizontally aligned tube is coupled proximate to the front side of the housing, wherein the horizontally aligned tube includes at least one opening for dispersing water. A vertically aligned transparent pane is coupled proximate to the front side of the housing, wherein said transparent pane is configured such that water dispensed from the horizontally aligned tube flows down a front side of the pane. A pump configured to move water through tubing from a lower end of housing to the horizontally aligned tube.
WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE ASSEMBLY WITH AUTOMATIC IGNITER
A fireplace assembly having a firebox, an igniter assembly coupled to the firebox and containing a heating element, a first portion of the igniter assembly extending through an aperture in a firebox wall, the igniter assembly having a first connector coupled to the heating element and coupleable to power source, and having a second connector coupleable to an air source and positioned to provide air flow through the igniter assembly over the heating element and into the firebox. A controller is operatively coupled to the igniter assembly and a temperature sensor. The controller controls operation of the heating element, the temperature sensor, and the air flow through the igniter assembly, and can activate and deactivate the igniter assembly based upon the temperature within the firebox.
FIRE GRATE WITH HOT COAL AND ASH
A fire grate assembly for burning solid fuel is discussed in the present disclosure. In one exemplary embodiment, a metal frame has a grate for supporting solid fuel during combustion and, below the grate, a hot coal and ash filter having an undulating upper surface for separating hot coals of different sizes, filtering out ash, and allowing vertical airflow through the hot coals. The assembly may also have a cage extending generally upwards from the solid fuel supporting grate perimeter to help retain the solid fuel thereon and may also have projections extending from the frame to support the hot coal and ash filter above a surface.
Portable stove with folding stand
A stand is provided for elevating a portable stove above a surface. The stand includes a central intersection and a plurality of legs. Each leg includes an inner link extending radially outward from the central intersection, and an outer link connected to the inner link by a hinge. The outer link is thus movable to a position extending radially outward from the inner link. Each leg also includes a foot coupled to, and extending transverse to, the outer link. Each foot includes a standoff extending transverse from the outer link in a first direction, and an interference arm extending transverse from the outer link in a second direction opposite the first direction.
