Modular linear fireplace gas burner system
A modular linear fireplace gas burner system having a plurality of interconnectable pipe modules and one or more burner members of varying length, each said pipe module having a pipe segment, spuds, orifice mounting blocks and mounting brackets to retain one of more of the burner members, wherein the distance D(o) between adjacent spuds on each pipe segment is equal and for joined pipe segments the distance D(c) between the outermost spud of one pipe segment to the outermost spud of the other pipe segment is equal to D(o).
Gas Cooktop and Grate for the Gas Cooktop
A gas cooktop includes a gas burner and a grate for supporting cookware above the gas burner. The grate includes a removable insert having an upper surface and a lower surface and a plurality of tines for supporting the removable insert. When the lower surface of the removable insert is contacting the plurality of tines, the grate supports flat-bottomed cookware on the removable insert at a first height above the gas burner. When the upper surface of the removable insert is contacting the plurality of tines, the grate supports flat-bottomed cookware on the removable insert at a second height above the gas burner, the second height being greater than the first height. When the removable insert is not contacting with the plurality of tines, the grate supports round-bottomed cookware on the plurality of tines.
Orifice holder mounting system for gas cooktop
A compact non-rotational mounting feature or mechanism is employed for mounting an orifice holder to a support member below a cooktop of a gas cooking appliance. More specifically, the holder and support member include interengaging polygonal structure, such as a key-shaped anti-rotational peg and hole combination, allowing the holder to be initially mated with the support member in a manner which prevents relative rotation and assuring that the holder is appropriately positioned for proper alignment of various gas burner components, such as an orifice, a gas line, electrode, flame spreader and other burner related structure. Upon exacting the positioning of the holder relative to the support member, the holder to fixed in position by a mechanical fastener.
Wireless control device
An internet-based device for remotely controlling the flow of electricity to electrical devices that operate on millivolt or low voltage currents, including electrically operated gas powered fireplaces.
Device and method for decreasing radiative heat flux of infrared energy
A method and device utilizing infrared energy for heating objects, while providing energy control and enabling a decrease radiative heat flux (or intensity) of the infrared energy. An infrared emission device providing reduction of radiative heat flux or intensity from a primary emitter according to the invention may comprise a heat source, a primary emitter that emits infrared radiation of a first wavelength, and a secondary emitter that is spaced apart from the primary emitter. The secondary emitter receives infrared radiation emitted from the primary emitter and emits infrared radiation. The secondary emitter is constructed and arranged to emit infrared radiation having a wavelength that is longer than the infrared radiation of the first wavelength.
Safety valve and gas cylinder having same
Disclosed herein is an invention related to a safety valve and gas cylinder having the same. The disclosed safety valve includes a valve part configured to discharge gas filled in a main body, and a blocking part disposed in the valve part and configured to block a gas flow path in accordance with a temperature and pressure inside the main body.
Fixation system for gas valves
Gas circuit (1) for a kitchen appliance (2) comprising a gas rail (3) with a gas inlet (4) for connecting said gas rail (3) to a gas source (5) and with at least one gas outlet (6), said gas circuit (1) further comprising a gas tube (7) for providing gas from said gas outlet (6) to a gas hob (8), and said gas circuit (1) further comprising a gas valve assembly (9) connecting said gas tube (7) to said gas outlet (6) of said gas rail (3) in a flow conducting manner, said gas valve assembly (9) comprising a gas valve (10) with a valve body (11) and fixation means (12) fixing said valve body (11) to said gas rail (3) such that said gas valve (10) is supported by said gas rail (3), characterized in that said fixation means (12) comprise a first spring member (13a) looping around said gas rail (3) and/or said valve body (11), thereby resiliently bracing said gas valve (10) and said gas rail (3).
Combustion device
A combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The at least one burner includes a flame outlet and is adapted to burn gas. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate which has an opening and a plurality of holes, wherein the opening is corresponding to the flame outlet. The infrared ray generation assembly is disposed on the supporting assembly. The infrared ray generation assembly includes an infrared ray generation mesh which includes an emission surface which is adapted to emit infrared ray and corresponding to the plurality of holes. The heating efficiency of the combustion device can be effectively increased by generating an open fire and infrared rays as well as uniform heating.
Fire under glass display
A fire display that may reside under a viewing window or panel. The display may include a tray or channel along which a fire ball or fire wave may travel. The display includes a gas delivery system.
Burner tube and venturi for gas grill
The present inventions provide, among other things, tapered burner tubes having raised gas ports and a smooth interior surface free from obstructions. Venturi members creating a smooth flow of the gas/air mixture along the top of the burner tube are also provided.
