Cooktop appliance and griddle assembly
A cooktop appliance and griddle assembly are generally provided herein. The cooktop appliance may include a top panel, a heating element attached to the top panel, an upper plate, and a lower plate. The upper plate may be disposed above the top panel along a vertical direction. An upper plate may have a top cooking surface and a bottom heating surface. The top cooking surface may extend perpendicular to the vertical direction to receive a cooking item thereon. The bottom heating surface may be positioned beneath the upper plate and face the top panel to receive a thermal output from the heating element. The lower plate may extend perpendicular to the vertical direction beneath a portion of the upper plate and above the top panel. A radiation channel may be defined between the lower plate and the bottom heating surface along the vertical direction.
Gas cooker
A gas cooker that includes a case defining an interior area, the case including an opening to the interior area; a plate covering, fully or in part, the opening of the case; a burner that is located in the interior area of the case, wherein the burner includes a heating element that is heated using gas; a vent that is located at a first position of the case and that is configured to discharge burned gas from the interior area of the case to an exterior of the case; an insulating case that is coupled to the burner and that is configured to hold the burner; and a first insulator that is coupled between the insulating case and the plate and that is configured to seal an interior space of the burner is disclosed.
BUILT-IN RANGE FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
A vent cover system covers a gap between an appliance and a back wall. The vent cover system includes a gap plate securable across the countertop opening against the back wall, and a vent plate securable across the countertop opening and engaging the gap plate. A position of the vent plate is adjustable relative to the gap plate. The gap plate and the vent plate cover the gap between the appliance and the back wall. A cooktop for an appliance mounted in a countertop of a recreational vehicle includes the vent cover system.
BRICK INSTALLATION KIT, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS OF ASSEMBLY AND FIREPLACE SYSTEMS
Brick installation kits including a plurality of retention brackets, including a first retention bracket including a plurality retention slots, a plurality of retention clips, each retention clip having a head and a foot receivable in a corresponding one of the plurality of retention slots, and a plurality of brick panels, each brick panel having a first edge, a second edge opposite the first edge a first retention groove running along the first edge and a second retention groove running along the second edge. The first retention groove is configured to receive the foot of a corresponding one of the plurality of retention clips and the second retention groove is configured to receive a head of a corresponding one of the plurality of retention clips.
Gas burner, gas hob and gas cooking appliance
A gas burner for a gas hob of a gas cooking appliance. The gas burner comprises a gas crown (1) and a cap (14) configured for covering the gas crown (1), wherein the gas crown (1) comprises a central gas distribution chamber (5) confined by a circumferential wall (4) which comprises a peripheral outer surface inclined downwards to the outside, and a plurality of gas outlet ports (6) implemented in the circumferential wall (4) as upwardly opened grooves passing through the circumferential wall (4) and opening into the slanted outer surface, wherein lower outer edges of the grooves (6) are sloped towards the gas distribution chamber (5) and define a groove perimeter (12) corresponding to or larger than the outer cap perimeter (13).
Method of pan detection and cooktop adjustment for multiple heating sections
A burner assembly for a cooktop includes a housing that defines first and second concentric outlet sections, the first outlet section being inset relative to the second outlet section. The housing further defines a first aperture between the first outlet section and the second outlet section. A first switch assembly is mounted within the housing and includes a lever coupled with the housing and a first pin extending from the lever and upwardly through the aperture to an end positioned above the housing. The end of the pin is moveable in a first direction inward and outward with respect to the housing by rotation of the lever to control a flow of energy to the second outlet section.
COOKTOP APPLIANCE WITH A GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY
A gas burner assembly for a cooktop appliance includes a normally aspirated primary burner and a concentrically-positioned forced air boost burner. A dual-outlet solenoid valve receives fuel from a fuel source and selectively directs the fuel to a first solenoid outlet in fluid communication with the primary burner and a second solenoid outlet in fluid communication with the boost burner. The solenoid valve is positionable in a first position where the first solenoid outlet is substantially open and the second solenoid outlet is substantially closed and a second position where the first solenoid outlet is partially open and the second solenoid outlet is substantially open.
Gas oven
A gas oven having a gas supplying passage to supply gas to a burner is provided. The gas oven includes an ON/OFF valve to open/close the gas supplying passage, and a flow rate modulating valve connected to the ON/OFF valve in series so as to change the cross-sectional area of a passage, thereby supplying a proper amount of gas to a cooking cavity in response to the change of a cooking area. When a cooking cavity is divided into individual cooking cavities while a divider is mounted, the flow rate modulating valve is open/closed at a smaller opening degree than the maximum operating degree, and thus may be able to prevent a cooking substance from being carbonized in the individual cooking cavities.
Removable apparatus to regulate flame heat transfer and retain dripping liquid substance for a gas stove burner
The removable apparatus includes an outer wall and improved inner hollow shell which are both positioned on the cooktop of a gas stove to surround an upper section of a burner, where the outer wall surrounds the hollow shell. The improved inner hollow shell is a closed preferably circular hollow member having a larger section connected to a smaller section thereby forming a valley of space to retain dripping liquid substance in cooking. A plurality of openings penetrate through the larger section, wherein more openings are located to its low part. The outer wall has multiple openings which evenly penetrate therethrough. Many extensions projecting upwardly are spaced apart onto a top edge of the outer wall to support a cooking utensil. The apparatus is served as a flame heat transfer regulator for achieving high heating efficiency in cooking and a liquid substance retainer for easily maintaining the cooktop clean.
Low profile damper system for ovens
A damper system comprises a damper slide adapted to couple to a wall with a first outlet. In one embodiment, the damper slide has a first opening and is adapted to operate in a first position and a second position. In the first position, the first opening is at least partially aligned with the first outlet. The first opening and the first outlet are at least partially offset in the second position.
