Gas fired infrared burner with auxiliary flame arrangement
A gas fired infrared burner includes a burner body with a primary inlet for gaseous fuel and air, the burner body defining a primary premixing chamber for receiving gaseous fuel and air from the primary inlet. An emitter arrangement is configured and positioned such that gaseous fuel and air flows through the emitter arrangement to be combusted at an external surface of the emitter arrangement. The burner body includes an auxiliary inlet for gaseous fuel and air, and the burner body defines an auxiliary premixing chamber for receiving gaseous fuel and air from the auxiliary inlet. The emitter arrangement includes an auxiliary emitter segment that receives gaseous fuel and air from the auxiliary premixing chamber such that combustible gases emitted from the auxiliary emitter segment can be ignited even when no combustible gases are being emitted from portions of the emitter arrangement that are fed from the primary premixing chamber.
Domestic cooking appliance with embossed locking system for a gas flue
A domestic cooking appliance is provided. The appliance has an inner space for cooking a food item; a gas burner; an exhaust opening; and a gas flue for directing exhaust gases from the inner space to the exhaust opening. The gas flue has a first part having a plurality of embossed projections, and a first fastener hole; and a second part that attaches to the first part, the second part having a plurality of embossed recesses that engage the plurality of embossed projections, and a second fastener hole that aligns with the first fastener hole when the first part and the second part are in an assembled position. The first part and the second part form a first tubular flue section when they are attached to each other, and the first part has more embossed projections than it does fastener holes.

COOKTOP APPLIANCE TEMPERATURE SENSOR WITH TRANSIENT TEMPERATURE CORRECTION
A cooktop appliance includes a gas burner, a user input configured to define a power setting of the gas burner, and a grate. The grate includes a sensor finger with a temperature sensor mounted thereto. The temperature sensor includes a first temperature probe extending above a top surface of the sensor finger and a second temperature probe positioned within the sensor finger. The cooktop appliance also includes a controller in communication with the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is configured to transmit a first temperature measurement from the first temperature probe and a second temperature measurement from the second temperature probe to the controller. The controller is configured to determine a temperature of a cooking utensil positioned on the top surface of the sensor finger based on the power setting defined by the user input, the first temperature measurement, and the second temperature measurement.
GAS CONTROL SYSTEM
An apparatus includes a high-pressure tank, a controller, a valve, controlled by the controller, and a heater.
COOKTOP APPLIANCE TEMPERATURE SENSOR WITH TEMPERATURE CORRECTION
A cooktop appliance includes a gas burner disposed on a panel of the cooktop appliance and a grate with a plurality of fingers positioned above the gas burner. The plurality of fingers includes a sensor finger. A temperature sensor is mounted to the sensor finger of the plurality of fingers of the grate. The temperature sensor includes a first temperature probe extending above a top surface of the sensor finger at a first end of the sensor finger and a second temperature probe positioned within the sensor finger between the top surface of the sensor finger and a bottom surface of the sensor finger.
Gas fireplace combustion device structure
A gas fireplace combustion device structure includes a simulated solid fuel and a combustor under the simulated solid fuel. The combustor has a fire exit hole facing the simulated solid fuel, a combustion air inlet passage under the combustor, and a specific slot at the combustor to define a third combustion air inlet. A partition is installed under the combustor; a second combustion air inlet leading to fire exit hole is formed between the partition and the combustor; the combustion air inlet passage is provided for supplying air to the second and third combustion air inlets; a combustion air slot is formed at the middle of the simulated solid fuel to resupply combustion air to the flame above the simulated solid fuel in order to achieve a two-time sectional combustion. This invention can control and resupply combustion air to the flames in different areas to improve the combustion effect.
Gas cooker and method of operation of such gas cooker
A gas cooker includes a housing delimiting an upper and a lower compartment divided by a plate and communicating through slits formed in the plate; a hob having a plurality of burners; an oven housed in the lower compartment and having a front opening, a pivoting door selectively closing the lower compartment, and a grill device; a front panel having controls elements connected to the burners and the oven; and an exhaust path for fumes and combustion products of the oven. The gas cooker further includes a folded metal sheet disposed in the upper compartment by the slits and having lateral edges contacting the plate to define a conduit between the slits and the exhaust path, and separate the exhaust path from the rest of the upper compartment which houses the control element, so as to prevent the control elements and the front panel from overheating.
Seven burner digital cooktop with re-configurable wok and griddle burner
A digital cooktop system with six regular burners and a wok burner, allowing use of a reconfigurable control knob to control the cooktop burners for a wok mode, a griddle mode, and a six-burner mode.
HOME APPLIANCE INCLUDING KNOB ASSEMBLY
A home appliance including a knob assembly is provided. The home appliance may include a first panel having a through hole; a bracket disposed outside of the first panel, configured to cover the through hole, and fixed to the first panel; a shaft support provided on the bracket, extending in a frontward-rearward direction, and formed in the shape of a tube; a knob disposed outside of the first panel at a front of the through hole and the bracket; a knob ring connected to the bracket and surrounding a circumference of the knob; a joint support connected to an end of a rear of the shaft support; a universal joint rotatably supported by the joint support; a valve assembly disposed at a rear of the universal joint; a first adjustment shaft inserted into the shaft support, rotatably supported by the shaft support and supported by the shaft support in such a way that the first adjustment shaft slides in an axial direction, having a front end connected to the knob and a rear end connected to a first end of the universal joint, and configured to rotate together with the knob and the universal joint; and a second adjustment shaft having a front end connected to a second end of the universal joint and a rear end connected to the valve assembly.
