Flame simulating assembly with flicker element including paddle elements

A flame simulating assembly including one or more light sources, a screen to which the light from the light source is directed, to provide images of flickering flames thereon, and a rotatable flicker element. The flicker element includes a rod defined by an axis and a number of paddle elements located in respective predetermined locations on the rod. Each paddle element includes one or more body portions having one or more reflective surfaces thereon. The reflective surface includes a central region and a perimeter region substantially defining a perimeter plane at least partially located around the central region. Each perimeter plane is substantially parallel to the axis. The light from the light source is reflected intermittently to respective predetermined regions on the screen.

Device for simulating a flame effect

The device for simulating a flame effect includes a mist generator having a housing with an outlet aperture for mist; at least one ultrasonic sprayer of a liquid for generating mist, which is arranged in the housing; a mechanism for pulse supply of a liquid onto the ultrasonic sprayer of the mist generator; a mechanism for outputting of mist via the outlet aperture of the mist generator; at least one light source arranged so as to be able to illuminate a mist current escaping from the outlet aperture of the mist generator for simulation of the flame effect. The technical effect is improved uniformity of a formed mist current, reduced dimensions of the device, simplified construction, improved operational stability, and less contamination of the generator.

Modular Electric Fire Systems

A modular fire system includes one or more modular panels and a controller operatively coupled with the modular panels. The controller includes one or more processing units and one or more memory units storing instructions therein which, when run by the controller, causes the controller to: detect a number and a position of the one or more modular panels; and control, based on the detected number and the detected position of the modular panels, operation of the modular panels.

INTEGRATED OVEN with a TABLET COMPUTER/FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

Integration of a tablet computer and/or flat panel display with an oven brings numerous added functionalities to an oven that is not currently possible with current stand alone oven. It creates a new kitchen appliance that can be used for cooking, entertainment, shopping and provides a platform for displaying information and advertisement to the user. Since most kitchens have limited kitchen counter space, integration of the tablet computer/display with an oven can save counter space and provide the ability to watch TV or streaming videos on the oven. This combination can become the central entertainment and communication, as well as control hub in a kitchen for interfacing with other smart appliances as part of Internet of Things (IOTs). This new appliance can be a portal to present information and advertisement to the user with a more user friendly interface for programming the oven, automatically entering cooking instructions, or downloading applications/recipes for using the oven.
