Integrated mobile sleeping unit and chair shell
An integrated chair for selectively providing seating support and sleeping support is provided. The integrated chair comprises a mobile sleeping unit and a chair shell. The chair shell comprises: a pair of spaced, opposed, side walls, each side wall having at least a bottom edge, an inner surface and an outer surface; a back wall extending between the pair of side walls; and a pair of truncated arms, one of each of the pair of arms corresponding with a respective one of the pair of side walls, each extending inwardly from the inner surface of a corresponding side wall and having a lower edge that is distal and above the bottom edge of the corresponding side wall; wherein the inner surfaces of the side walls and the lower edge of the arms of the chair shell define a storage compartment sized to accommodate the mobile sleeping unit when the mobile sleeping unit is in the closed position.

SHOCK ABSORBER, SHOE SOLE AND SHOE
A shock absorber includes a three-dimensional structure composed of a unit structure repeatedly, regularly and continuously arranged in at least one direction, the unit structure being a three-dimensional shape formed by a wall having an external shape defined by a pair of parallel planes or curved surfaces. In the shock absorber, a differently shaped portion which does not correspond to the wall defining the unit structure is locally provided in a shock absorbing region which is a region in which the three-dimensional structure has the unit structure disposed.
When the unit structure occupies a cuboidal space representing a unit space and defined by mutually orthogonal three sides having a first side extending in an axial direction in which the shock absorber exhibits a shock absorbing function as the shock absorber receives a load and second and third sides each extending from one end of the first side in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction, and the first side has a length L1 and a longer one of the second and third sides has a length L2, the shock absorber satisfies 1.1≤L1/L2≤4.0.
Flip headrest device for sofa
A flip headrest device adapted for a sofa includes a sofa frame and a flip mechanism. The sofa frame includes a sofa frame top and two sofa frame sides that are cooperatively connected. The flip mechanism includes a driver rotatably connected in the sofa frame, a flip lever rotatably connected to the driving member, a planar link mechanism cooperatively connected to both ends of the flip lever, and a headrest portion disposed at an upper end of the sofa frame top. The planar link mechanism includes a crank rod, a first link and a second link. The crank rod has one end being fixedly connected to the flip lever, a middle portion being rotatably connected to the first link, and the other end being rotatably connected to the second link. The first and second links pass through the sofa frame top and are rotatably connected to the headrest portion.
Electric adjustment device for sofa headrest and sofa support device
An electric adjustment device for sofa headrest includes a first fixing member, a second fixing member, and a drive device having an output end that linearly reciprocates. One end of the second fixing member is pivotally connected to the first fixing member, and the drive device is pivotally connected to the first fixing member and arranged flush with the first fixing member. A sliding direction of the output end is perpendicular to a pivotal axis about which the second fixing member is pivotable to the first fixing member. Specifically, the second fixing member is extended downward to form a fixed end for fixing to a backrest support frame. The electric adjustment device is installed in the headrest support frame instead of the backrest support frame, so that other functional parts are installed inside internal space of the backrest support frame which improves the function of the sofa.
Head and waist integrated device
A head and waist integrated device includes a bracket body. The bracket body is provided with a headrest flipping mechanism and a waist ejecting mechanism. The waist ejecting mechanism includes a fixing base fixedly connected to the bracket body, a first driver rotatably connected to one end of the fixing base, a folding link assembly respectively rotatably connected to the first driver and the fixing base, and a waist ejecting member rotatably connected to the folding link assembly. The folding link assembly has a plurality of links disposed therein, crossing and rotatably connected to each other.

Headrest angle adjuster
A headrest angle adjuster includes a first fixing member, a second fixing member, a gear, a flexible member, a floating positioning member, and an engaging member. The gear is configured on the first fixing member which is hinged to the second fixing member; one end of the floating positioning member is movably sleeved on the gear, a driving hole is provided on the floating positioning member, a locking hole is provided on the first fixing member, the engaging member is located in the driving hole and the locking hole, and the floating positioning member swings and pushes the engaging member to move toward a narrower end of the locking hole, thereby guiding the engaging member to engage with the gear. The headrest can be positioned at any angle, and the adjustment is silent to improve user experience.
