Heating Apparatus, Recreational Vehicle With Heating Apparatus and Method for Heating Fluids in a Recreational Vehicle
A heating apparatus, in particular for recreational vehicles like campers or caravans, comprises a heating unit and at least one heat exchanging unit coupled to the heating unit. The heating unit comprises at least one burner and at least one combustion air fan unit. The combustion air fan unit is configured to supply the burner with combustion air. The burneris configured to burn fuel gas or liquid further supplied to the burnertogether with the combustion air received from the combustion air fan unitto get hot exhaust gasses. The heat exchanging unitis configured to receive the exhaust gasses from the burnerand to transfer heat from the exhaust gasses to a fluid to be heated, provided within the heat exchanging unit. The burnercomprises at least two nozzles configured to supply fuel gas or liquid to a combustion area in which the fuel gas or liquid is to be burned with the combustion air. Each of the nozzles is coupled to its own fuel gas or liquid valve to control the fuel gas or liquid supply for the nozzles independently of each other. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a recreational vehicle with such a heating apparatusand methods for starting and controlling the above heating apparatus.
STEAM COOKER
A steam cooker includes a main body which includes an upper wall, a lower wall, side walls, and a rear wall, a cavity formed by the upper wall, the lower wall, side walls and the rear wall, a steam generator to generate steam, and a supply pipe to connect the steam generator and the cavity to supply the generated steam into the cavity. The supply pipe includes a first supply pipe which includes a first end connected to the steam generator and a second end, and a second supply pipe includes a first end connected to the upper wall of the cavity and a second end to be connected to the second end of the first supply pipe, and includes a condensation water guide portion formed to be inclined to prevent condensation water generated therein from being introduced into the cavity when the generated steam is supplied into the cavity.

Steam generator and cooking appliance
A steam generator is provided. The steam generator may include a steam chamber, a steam heater to supply heat into the steam chamber, a water supply, through which water to generate steam may be supplied into the steam chamber, one or more interference members disposed in the steam chamber to interfere with a flow of the water introduced through the water supply, and at least one discharge to discharge the steam generated in the steam chamber. The one or more interference members may be disposed under the at least one discharge and above the water supply.
Process and apparatus for cooking utilizing nebulized water particles and air
A process and apparatus for heating, cooling or heating and cooling multiple chambers of a food preparation device utilizing heated and/or cooled nebulized water particles and heated and/or cooled compressed air. The steps of heating include heating water contained in reservoir located outside of the cooking chambers, heating compressed air, conveying the heated water and the heated compressed air to at least one nebulizer, nebulizing the heated water into heated water particles and introducing the heated water particles into the cooking chamber via the heated compressed air. The steps of cooling include cooling water contained in an additional reservoir located outside of the cooking chambers, cooling compressed air, conveying the cooled water and the cooled compressed air to at least one nebulizer, nebulizing the cooled water into cooled water particles and introducing the cooled water particles into the cooking chamber via the cooled compressed air.
