INTELLIGENT-CLEANING STEAM OVEN LINER AND INTEGRATED STOVE
An intelligent-cleaning steam oven liner includes a liner body, a door, a heating system, and a spray system. The heating system is used for cooking food in the liner body, and after the food in the liner body is cooked, the spray system cleans an inner wall surface of the liner body. The door is in seal fit with the liner body, and the heating system and the spray system are arranged in the liner body. The heating system realizes the food steaming and roasting function of a steam oven, and after the food is cooked by the heating system, the spray system operates to clean the inner wall of the liner body to keep the liner body clean.
Steam Cleaning System
A steam cleaning system for cleaning a microwave oven without chemical cleaners includes an oven. A bowl is provided that contains a liquid and the bowl is selectively positioned within the oven. The oven boils the liquid thereby producing steam. The steam penetrates debris is stuck to the oven thereby facilitating the debris to be cleaned from the oven. A cloth is provided and the cloth is selectively positioned in the bowl. The cloth is comprised of a liquid permeable material such that the cloth absorbs the liquid. Moreover, the steam is released from the cloth when the oven is turned on to heat the liquid.

A grease and food particle trap for use with an oven shooter tube cleaning system that provides improved resistance to clogging and improved maintenance better matching the ability of the shooter tube cleaning system to provide complete cleaning and removal of grease and food particles is provided. An auxiliary heating system may provide improved energy efficiency and temperature control for cleaning operation by separately heating the cleaning solution upstream from the shooter tube prior to delivering a cleaning spray to the cooking volume.

A conveyor oven having a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation is provided. The conveyor oven generally includes an oven chamber in which food is cooked, a conveyor movable to convey the food through the oven chamber, a burner to generate heat for the oven chamber, at least one blower to circulate air within the oven chamber, and a controller. The burner has a combustion airflow rate, and operates at a first output during the first mode of operation and at a second output that is greater than the first output during the second mode of operation. The blower operates at a first speed during the first mode of operation and at a second speed that is faster than the first speed during the second mode of operation. The controller is responsive to at least one of a burner output and an internal temperature of the oven chamber, and increases the speed of the blower from the first speed during the first mode of operation to the second speed during the second mode of operation responsive to at least one of an increase of the burner output and an increase of the internal temperature of the oven chamber.

Cleaning device for microwave oven
Provided are cleaning devices adapted for a microwave oven. A head cap of the cleaning device includes multiple through holes, and thus steam generated by heating a cleaning liquid can flow out of the through holes in a faster and more concentrated mode. Using the cleaning device of this disclosure, the cleaning operation for the microwave oven is more convenient, and safety hazard such as explosion or splashing is also prevented as well.

CLEANING DEVICE FOR COMMERCIAL COOKING DEVICES
The present invention relates to a cleaning device (200, 200) for commercial cooking devices (100, 100). The cleaning device (200, 200) has a connection unit (2), in particular a connection piece (2), for accommodating a container (B, BR, BKI) with a solid cleaning agent (1R), a liquefaction device (2a, 2b) for liquefying the solid cleaning agent (1R), if necessary using a solvent, and optionally at least one first supply tank (12, 12R, 12K, 13R, 13K). In addition, the invention relates to a commercial cooking device (100, 100) and the use of a cleaning device (200, 200) according to the invention in commercial cooking devices (100, 100). Finally, the present invention involves a method for cleaning commercial cooking devices (100, 100).
SYSTEM FOR CLEANING CIRCULATING OVEN AIR WITH REDUCED THERMAL DISRUPTION
An air cleaning system for an oven that includes a cooking chamber configured to receive a food product includes a catalytic converter, an input array and a preheater. The catalytic converter may be configured to clean air expelled from the cooking chamber. The input array may include perforations through which cleaned air that has been processed by the catalytic converter is provided into the cooking chamber. The preheater may be disposed proximate to the cooking chamber to use heat generated by the cooking chamber to preheat the cleaned air prior to entry of the cleaned air into the cooking chamber through the input array.
