Detergent cartridge for cleaning device in ovens
The invention relates to a cleaner cartridge for cleaning a soiled interior of an appliance, comprising: an integral housing for holding a treatment agent, at least one receptacle for connecting the cleaner cartridge to a water supply, wherein water can be introduced into the housing via the receptacle at a pressure which enables a treatment agent mixture to be sprayed, and at least one spray opening for spraying a treatment agent mixture, wherein the at least one spray opening is arranged as a rotation opening in the circumference-of the housing in such a way that rotation is imparted to the cleaner cartridge as a treatment agent mixture is sprayed. The invention furthermore relates to an appliance having a cleaner cartridge of this kind and to the use of a cleaner cartridge for cleaning appliances.
Cleaning system and method with air flushing of detergent/rinse pipes
A cleaning system for cleaning a cavity of food or beverage preparation device. The cavity is connected with a pipe system. The pipe system supplies a fluid through the pipe system to the cavity. When the fluid flow stops, any remainder of the fluid in the pipe system is removed by passing a gas (for example, air) through the pipe system or by a valve disposed at a high location of the pipe system.
COOKING APPLIANCE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
A cooking appliance including a cleaning environment provided to be able to easily remove contaminants inside the cooking appliance by heating the inside of a cooking room to a temperature for amorphization of the contaminants, and method for controlling the same. The cooking appliance includes a main body configured to have a cooking room; a steam generator configured to supply steam to the cooking room; a water supplier arranged in the main body and configured to store water; and a pump assembly configured to supply water to the steam generator and the cooking room from the water supplier.
OVEN
An oven includes a collision area in which air circulating inside a cooking compartment is collided to reduce the pollution inside of the cooking compartment. A collision area may collectively collect an oil mist condensed by the collision of the air. The collision area is disposed on the side where the flow of air is changed to induce air collision and guide the air to the front side of the cooking compartment to increase air circulation and increase ease of cleaning inside the cooking compartment.
Rotisserie oven with shooter tube cleaning system
A grease removal system for an oven that collects excess grease during a cook cycle into a reservoir, which also serves as a container for cleaning solution during a clean cycle. A high-pressured shooter tube allows the cleaning solution to be shot from the reservoir to a ceiling of the oven cavity without the need for extra tubing.
Cooking oven with steam generator
The present invention is a cooking oven for foodstuffs, comprising: a cooking chamber, wherein foodstuffs can be placed for being cooked, having a bottom wall provided with a first cooking chamber outlet positioned in such a way to receive grease collected in the bottom wall; a grease conduit configured for draining grease from the cooking chamber, wherein the first cooking chamber outlet is fluidly connected to the grease conduit; a heating device configured for heating the internal of the cooking chamber; and a vapour outlet duct configured for discharging vapour from the cooking chamber. The bottom wall of the cooking chamber is further provided with a second cooking chamber outlet, distinct from the first cooking chamber outlet and fluidly connected to the vapour outlet duct.
Intelligent-cleaning steam oven liner and integrated stove
An intelligent-cleaning steam oven liner includes a liner body, a door, a heating system, and a spray system. The heating system is used for cooking food in the liner body, and after the food in the liner body is cooked, the spray system cleans an inner wall surface of the liner body. The door is in seal fit with the liner body, and the heating system and the spray system are arranged in the liner body. The heating system realizes the food steaming and roasting function of a steam oven, and after the food is cooked by the heating system, the spray system operates to clean the inner wall of the liner body to keep the liner body clean.
Multizone oven with improved cleaning distribution
A multi cavity oven provides improved cavity and jet plate cleaning by directing pressurized cleaning spray into the jet plates while installed within the oven through cleaning spray inlet ports in the walls of the removable jet plates. By directing cleaning spray directly into the interior of the jet plates, cooking juices that fall through the slots and openings and into the air passageway of the jet plates can be pressure cleaned and drained from the interior of the jet plates without removing the jet plates from the oven cavity.
Flexible sequence control and method for automated cleaning system of a cooking device
Disclosed is a cooking device having a flexible sequence control for automatic cleaning of an oven cavity. A customizing aspect allows for the inputting of values for a combination of parameters of a cleaning system. These parameters may include degree of soiling, cleaning time, energy consumption, water consumption, cleaner consumption, rinse agent consumption, and/or overall cost of cleaning. The sets of parameters can be entered, saved and recalled, or deleted. While setting values of the parameters, any undefined parameter(s) are automatically changed accordingly to achieve an optimal result. Unreasonable or impossible combinations of parameters are blocked. The parameters may be visualized as user friendly touch-activated bars. Selection can be made from several optimizing options, such as cost optimization, time optimization, resource optimization, and ecological optimization that reduce the consumption of resources.
