Steam cleaning system
A steam cleaning system for cleaning a microwave oven without chemical cleaners includes an oven. A bowl is provided that contains a liquid and the bowl is selectively positioned within the oven. The oven boils the liquid thereby producing steam. The steam penetrates debris stuck to the oven thereby facilitating the debris to be cleaned from the oven. A cloth is provided and the cloth is selectively positioned in the bowl. The cloth is made of a liquid permeable material such that the cloth absorbs the liquid. Moreover, the steam is released from the cloth when the oven is turned on to heat the liquid.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AND REMOVING ODOR AND BACTERIA FROM A SEALED VOLUME OF AN APPLIANCE USING OZONE
A method and system are provided that include features for operating an appliance in an odor removal cycle. In one aspect, an appliance has a housing defining a sealable volume and includes an ozone generator, an ozone detection device, and a controller. In an odor removal cycle, the controller causes the ozone generator to inject, at a predetermined injection interval, predefined dosages of ozone into the sealable volume of the appliance. The controller monitors the concentration level within the sealable volume after each injection based on inputs received from the ozone detection device. The controller ascertains when the concentration level reaches a maximum concentration level threshold, and when this occurs, the controller can cease the injections and can activate one or more ozone removal devices to remove the ozone from the sealable volume to a safe level.
Cleaning device for commercial cooking devices
The present invention relates to a cleaning device (200, 200) for commercial cooking devices (100, 100). The cleaning device (200, 200) has a connection unit (2), in particular a connection piece (2), for accommodating a container (B, BR, BKI) with a solid cleaning agent (1R), a liquefaction device (2a, 2b) for liquefying the solid cleaning agent (1R), if necessary using a solvent, and optionally at least one first supply tank (12, 12R, 12K, 13R, 13K). In addition, the invention relates to a commercial cooking device (100, 100) and the use of a cleaning device (200, 200) according to the invention in commercial cooking devices (100, 100). Finally, the present invention involves a method for cleaning commercial cooking devices (100, 100).
Cleaning agent for cleaning commercial cooking devices
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a commercial cooking device (100, 100), in which a container (B, B) with a solid cleaning agent (1R), in particular a firm gel, is accommodated in a connection unit (101, 102) of the commercial cooking device (100, 100), and in which the solid cleaning agent (1R) is liquefied in the cleaning process in the container (B, B) by means of heat and/or a solvent, preferably water and/or steam, in order to generate a liquefied cleaning agent. In addition, the invention relates to the use of a container (B, B) with a solid cleaning agent (1R) for cleaning a commercial cooking device (100, 100). Finally, the present invention relates to a corresponding container (B, B) with a solid cleaning agent (1R) for cleaning commercial cooking devices.
OVEN
An oven with an enhanced structure to keep a cooking space clean includes a main body, a cooking chamber formed inside the main body and including a bottom wall, a burner provided at an outer lower part of the cooking chamber to heat up the cooking chamber, a door arranged to open or close the cooking chamber, a bottom plate coupled to the bottom wall of the cooking chamber with a gap from the bottom wall such that the bottom plate is located inside the cooking chamber, and an outlet for heated air formed between one end of the bottom plate facing the door and the bottom wall of the cooking chamber such that heated air generated from the burner is supplied to the door.

Oven with cleaning system and grease and water flow separation
Ovens having spray systems for spraying cleaning fluid in a cooking chamber are disclosed that include a chamber drain flow path that leads to a grease drain path and a water drain path. A baffle wall in the chamber drain flow path controls the flow of fluid between the grease drain path and the water drain path. The chamber drain flow path may also have a recirculation path to return water to the spray system. Ovens having spray systems for cleaning are disclosed that include a door having a latch mechanism that automatically latches upon closure of the door and a gasket disposed between the door and an oven housing that directs water impinging upon the door back into the cooking chamber and the chamber drain flow path. The door may have an inner glass pane and an outer glass pane pivotably mounted to the inner glass pane.
Oven
