Validation of addition of cleaning chemistry to self-cleaning oven
A system for controlling the initiation of a cleaning process for an interior of an appliance may include a detection sensor and a processor in communication with the detection sensor. The detection sensor may be configured to generate detection sensor data based on a sensed condition in a field of detection of the detection sensor which may comprise one or more pre-determined locations. The processor may control the initiation of an appliance cleaning process. The appliance cleaning process may comprise receiving detection sensor data representative of a first time and a second time, generating an initial condition based on the received detection sensor data representative of the first time, and generating a new condition based on the received detection sensor data representative of the second time. The processor may be additionally configured to compare the initial condition and the new condition and determine if cleaning product is present.
CLEANING AND/OR RINSING AGENT MOLDED ARTICLE
The present invention relates to a cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) which is formed as a roller with a roll surface (2) and comprises two end faces (3, 4) connected by the roll surface (2). The cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) comprises an end face portion (5, 6) on at least one of the two end faces (3, 4), which is designed so that the cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) falls sideways onto the roll surface (2) when the cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) meets the relevant end faces (3, 4) or is placed against a solid surface. A cleaning product comprises a pouch, in which a cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article of this type is located. A cleaning product (10) is also described, comprising a sealed pouch (11) in which a cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) of this type is located. Also described is the use of a cleaning and/or rinsing molded article (1, 1, 1) of this type for cleaning the interior of an appliance and a method for cleaning the interior of an appliance, more particularly an industrial cooking appliance (100) using the cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1). Finally described are a method and a device for the production of a cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) of this type.
Oven with steam water separation
An oven includes chamber with a food drippings drain path along which food drippings can flow for removal from the chamber. A steam input arrangement associated with the chamber includes a separate exit flow path for excess water.
Cleaning System for Multizone Oven
A multi-compartment oven provides in-place cleaning through the use of distributed spray nozzles possibly augmented by steam, fan blowing, and heat from other components of the oven. A centralized draining system allows recycling of the water without breaching the separation between the cooking compartments.
AIRCRAFT OVEN WITH INTEGRATED CLEANING SYSTEM
An aircraft oven includes a first portion having an inner cavity surrounded by an inner housing. The first portion includes a ventilation area. The aircraft oven also includes a second portion including a water line that extends through the second portion, and wherein the water line extends along the inner housing, a first plurality of nozzles configured to extend from the water line into the inner cavity, and a second plurality of nozzles configured to extend from the water line, through the inner housing and into the ventilation area.
COOKER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
There is provided a cooker including: a cooking room; a steam generator configured to generate steam, and to supply the steam to the cooking room; a water level sensor configured to sense a water level of a cleaning solution stored in the inside of the steam generator; a supply apparatus including a storage unit configured to accommodate the cleaning solution, a supply pump configured to supply the cleaning solution accommodated in the storage unit to the steam generator, and a drain pump configured to supply the cleaning solution remaining in the steam generator to the storage unit; and a controller configured to control operations of the supply pump and the drain pump, wherein the controller operates the supply pump in a washing mode, operates the drain pump when the cleaning solution is fully filled in the steam generator, and again operates the supply pump when the cleaning solution is removed from the steam generator.
