Bed Frame Designed for Quick Assembly
The present invention is directed to a bed frame designed for quick assembly. In an exemplary embodiment, the invention may comprise a wire lattice that forms the support surface for a mattress and, if necessary, box springs. The wire lattice can be secured to a perimeter frame using brackets which hook onto the lattice and also attach to the sides of the frame. The bed frame may include vertical supports or legs that can be quickly attached to the frame. Each leg may include an attachment plate and a catch extending above the attachment plate. The leg can be secured to the bed frame by sliding the attachment plate into a receiver attached to the bed frame. As the attachment plate is being inserted, the catch may engage a series of corrugations formed in the receiver. The catch may press against a corrugation to lock the leg into the receiver.
Wrap around bed frame
A wrap around bed frame for use in supporting a box spring and mattress having side rails and cross members and a foot member that is affixed to the foot ends of the side rails to provide support for the foot end of the bedding. The entire bed frame can be assembled with fittings that do not require tools for assembly and thus, the bed frame can be assembled easily by the user by simply sliding or snapping the components together. Protective shields cover the bed frame so as to minimize harm to a person inadvertently striking one of the bed frame components. The foot member is comprised of an upper and lower member affixed together. There are also center wedges on the cross members where a foot can be affixed to the center wedge to facilitate assembly of the bed frame.
CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A bed frame includes outer lateral and longitudinal bar units, each having a first end and a second end. Each of first, second, third, and fourth longitudinal bar units includes an upper longitudinal bar and a lower longitudinal bar. The first ends of the first and second longitudinal bar units are rotatably connected with each other. The first ends of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units are rotatably connected with each other. Of each respective longitudinal bar unit, the second end of the upper longitudinal bar is movably connected with the first or second end of a corresponding lateral bar unit, and the second end of the lower longitudinal bar is fixedly connected with the first or second end of the corresponding lateral bar unit.
FOLDABLE SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY AND BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A foldable supporting assembly includes an inner lateral bar unit, and first, second, third and fourth longitudinal bar units. The first and second longitudinal bar units are disposed at a first side, and rotatably connected with the first and second ends of the inner lateral bar unit. The third and fourth longitudinal bar units are disposed at a second side, and rotatably connected with the first and second ends of the inner lateral bar unit. When folded, one of the first and second longitudinal bar units is disposed between the inner lateral bar unit and the other one of the first and second longitudinal bar units, and one of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units is disposed between the inner lateral bar unit and the other one of the third and fourth longitudinal bar units.
Foundation and frame for bed
A bed can include one or more connectors for connecting components of the bed. For example, a frame can include a fastening mechanism for releasably connecting a cross-member to a longitudinal support. Another example includes connectors for connecting and aligning a foundation with a frame.
FASTENING SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING TWO FRAME ELEMENTS OF A BED FRAME AND BED FRAME
The invention relates to a fastening system for connecting two frame elements of a bed frame, in particular for an adjustable bed, wherein the two frame elements each comprise a hollow profile, the fastening system comprising: a mounting element, which is firmly attachable to an end of the first frame element, and a connector part, which is insertable into the hollow profile at an end of the second frame element and firmly connectable to second frame element, wherein the mounting element comprises at least one mounting hole, the connector part comprises at least one mounting spigot corresponding to the at least one mounting hole, which is designed to be plugged into the at least one mounting hole, the connector part comprises at least one mounting mechanism for a detachable, firm connection of the mounting element and the connector part.
BED FRAME INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND BED FRAME STRUCTURE
A bed frame installation structure, having two bed posts spaced apart from each other and a bed support rod; a bottom of each end of the bed support rod is bent and warped into a hook piece, and a top side of which is formed with a locking plate; a locking hole and a hook hole are formed on each bed post corresponding to a corresponding end of the bed support rod; the hook piece is accommodated in a corresponding bed post to engage with a lower edge of the hook hole, and the locking plate is fixed to the locking hole by a screw. A bed frame structure is also disclosed having a bed surface frame and two bed frame installation structures spaced apart from each other; a bed side beam is provided between two corresponding bed posts of the two sets of the bed frame installation structure.
CONNECTORS FOR COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME AND COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME HAVING SAME
Disclosed are connectors and collapsible bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes lateral and longitudinal bar units. Between each of two adjacent lateral bar units, a first longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a first side of the collapsible bed frame and a second longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a second side of the collapsible bed frame. The first and second longitudinal bar units and the two adjacent lateral bar units are rotatably connected with each other by connectors that enable the collapsible bed frame to contract and expand while the lateral and longitudinal bar units are connected with each other.
COUPLER AND COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A collapsible bed frame includes a first lateral bar unit, a second lateral bar unit, and a longitudinal supporting bar unit. The first and second lateral bar units are disposed substantially parallel to each other. The first lateral bar unit includes a first coupler to removably couple with a first end of the longitudinal supporting bar unit. The second lateral bar unit includes a second coupler to removably couple with a second end of the longitudinal supporting bar unit. The collapsible bed frame also includes first and second longitudinal bar units. The first longitudinal bar unit is rotatably connected with the first ends of the first and second lateral bar units. The second longitudinal bar unit is rotatably connected with the second ends of the first and second lateral bar units.
Assemblable Mattress Support Whose Side Panels, Headboard and Footboard Fit Inside A Single Packing Box
An assemblable mattress support can be shipped with all of its components compactly packed into the headboard. The mattress support includes a foldable longitudinal bar, a lateral bar, side panels, wooden slats, block legs and a footboard, all of which fit inside a compartment in the headboard. In an assembled state of the mattress support, a first connector at one end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a third connector on the outside of the headboard. A second connector at the other end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a fourth connector on the footboard. The middle of the lateral bar connects to the middle of the longitudinal bar. The block legs are attached to the bottom sides of the headboard and footboard. The slats are attached to one another by fabric ribbons and are placed in parallel over the longitudinal bar and support ledges on the side panels.
