Multi-stage memory sensing
Methods and devices for reading a memory cell using multi-stage memory sensing are described. The memory cell may be coupled to a digit line after the digit line during a read operation. A transistor may be activated to couple an amplifier capacitor with the digit line during the read operation. The transistor may be deactivated for a portion of the read operation to isolate the amplifier capacitor from the digit line while the memory cell is coupled to the digit line. The transistor may be reactivated to recouple the amplifier capacitor to the digit line to help determine the value of the memory cell.
Medical table stirrup insert
A stirrup insert for covering a stirrup of a medical examination table includes a foot support portion and an engagement portion, which are together a single integral piece of polymeric material, such as silicone or a similar material. The foot support portion has a contoured upper surface configured to receive a patient's foot and a lower surface configured to engage a front surface of a stirrup. The engagement portion extends from a perimeter edge of the foot support portion and curves inward toward the lower surface of the foot support portion to form a curved lip that extends around at least an upper section of the perimeter edge. The engagement portion may be substantially flexible and resilient, so as to be capable of wrapping over an edge of the stirrup and engaging a rear surface of the stirrup, thereby securing the stirrup insert in place relative to the stirrup.
Multifunctional smart beds and methods of operating thereof
Described herein are multifunctional smart beds and methods of operating thereof. Specifically, a multifunctional smart bed comprises a controller, configured to receive input from various sensors (e.g., load cells positioned in bed legs, thermometers, and/or microphones) and/or user. These inputs are analyzed and used to control various bed components to improve the sleep quality, to monitor users' health, score couple's relationship, and the like. For example, these inputs may be used to control firmness of different mattress portions, change orientations of head, torso, and/or leg sections, adjust the light, and the like. In some examples, the smart bed generates a report indicating one or more sleep duration, sleep depth profile, sleep scope, heart rate, breadth rate, environment conditions, couple's relationship, and the like. Furthermore, in some examples, a multifunctional smart bed is also configured to control external devices in the same environment, e.g., smart switches, smart thermostats.

Mattress with airflow passages
A mattress allowing an individual to sleep in a prone position is provided. The mattress includes one or more internal cavities providing airflow to an openings formed in the mattress. The openings, which may be selectively closed, are sized for an average adult and are connected by way of the cavity to outlets which allow airflow. The reinforced cavities have filters and other features to increase user comfort.
Adjustable body pillow
An adjustable body pillow that comprises a center section with first and second legs. One or both of the first and second legs includes an elasticized section that allows the length of the leg to extend or retract. One or both of the legs may include an inwardly extending curve or bulge along its inner perimeter. One or both of the legs may terminate in an inwardly turned toe or may include an inwardly curved foot at the end. In addition to the adjustable length afforded by the elasticized sections, these sections are flatter and amenable to folding or twisting to allow the body pillow to be arranged in multiple configurations.
Controller chair
A backrest portion supported, such as to be pivotable around an axis extending along its width direction center line, by a base, a left arm holding portion projecting forward from a left side portion of the backrest portion and supported, such as to be pivotable up and down around its base end portion, by the backrest portion, a right arm holding portion projecting forward from a right side portion of the backrest portion and supported, such as to be pivotable up and down around its base end portion, by the backrest portion, a left leg holding portion extending downward from a vicinity of a left side portion of a front edge of a seat portion at a front side of the base and supported, such as to be pivotable up and down around its upper end portion, by the base, and a right leg holding portion extending downward from a vicinity of a right side portion of the front edge of the seat portion at the front side of the base and supported, such as to be pivotable up and down around its upper end portion, by the base are included.
