Gravity shutter
An exhaust air shutter assembly may include a housing having a dividing wall separating the exhaust air shutter assembly into an inside portion and an outside portion. An opening may be formed in the dividing wall and a frame may be mounted around the perimeter of the hole. Disposed on the frame may be a gasket that extends around the entire perimeter of the hole. The exhaust air shutter also may include at least one shutter flap mounted adjacent to the frame with a hinge such that the shutter flap can pivot between a closed position and an open position. When the shutter flap is in the open position, an air flow path exists from the inside portion of the exhaust air shutter assembly to the outside portion. When the shutter flap is in the closed position the air flow path is blocked. The shutter flap is configured to contact the gasket mounted to the frame when the shutter flap is in the closed position, thereby creating a seal between the shutter flap and the opening in the dividing wall.
AIR CONDITIONER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
An air conditioner having a projector and a method for controlling the same output an image to a display plate of the air conditioner and to the periphery of the air conditioner.
AIR CONDITIONER
When refrigerant gas leaks in an indoor unit, the leaked refrigerant gas locally accumulates in an area of the indoor space.
This air conditioner includes an indoor unit having one or more outlets, and an outdoor unit connected to the indoor unit, wherein a flammable refrigerant or a mildly flammable refrigerant is used. The air conditioner includes a refrigerant gas sensor disposed in the indoor unit. When refrigerant gas is detected by the refrigerant gas sensor, a control is performed such that air is blown from the one or more outlets at a minimum air speed or higher, said minimum air speed being preset in accordance with the rated cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
Personalized Chilling Booth
An air-conditioned booth for accommodating a small number of people. The air-conditioned booth includes a transparent wall structure extending from a base to a top and enclosing an interior space. The booth includes a duct system and connected air conditioner for cooling air and directing the cooled air into the interior space of the booth. A damper system is operatively connected with the duct system and is positionable to place the booth in a non-cooling mode and a cooling mode. Air cooled by the air conditioner is directed to the ambient air surrounding the booth by the damper system when the booth is in the non-cooling mode and air cooled by the air conditioner is directed into the interior space of the booth when the booth is in the cooling mode. A vending unit is operatively connected to the damper system and controls the damper system.

CEILING CASSETTE AIR CONDITIONER
An object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling cassette air conditioner with which design deterioration due to wind direction vanes during operation is reduced. The ceiling cassette air conditioner of this invention includes a main body arranged in a ceiling and having a rectangular cross-section opening opens on a room side, a blower fan blowing air taken in from an air inlet to a discharge outlet in the main body, a heat exchanger arranged in the main body and downstream of the blower fan and exchanging heat with the air taken in from the air inlet, a decorative panel covering the opening to be flush with a ceiling surface, and wind direction vanes arranged in the discharge outlet for adjusting blowing directions. The wind direction vanes are arranged behind the decorative panel.
WASTE AIR FLOW CAPTURE SYSTEM
An apparatus and kit for capturing waste air flow wherein the apparatus comprises a shroud locatable over the waste airflow source, a first fan rotatably mounted within the should and a first electrical generator motor operably connected to and driven by rotation of the first fan, wherein the first fan is rotatable in a first direction by the waste air flow. The kit further comprises a second fan sized to correspond to and replace an existing axial fan.
CONDITIONED AIR BLOWER SYSTEM FOR LOADING DOCK TRAILER
A conditioned air blower system for ventilating a trailer interior includes a centrifugal blower and a heat exchange unit. The centrifugal blower includes a blower housing, an inlet portion configured to direct air into the blower housing, and a discharge portion configured to direct air from the blower housing into the trailer interior. The heat exchange unit includes an air inlet portion, heat exchange elements, and a conditioned air exit portion coupled to the inlet portion of the centrifugal blower. The heat exchange unit conditions ambient air introduced at the air inlet portion from a first temperature to a second temperature by heat exchange relationship with the heat exchange elements. The conditioned air blower system may include a controller operatively associated with the centrifugal blower. The controller monitors a condition related to the centrifugal blower, and regulates the supply of temperature-conditioned air in response to the condition.
Air deflector driving device and indoor air-conditioning unit using driving device
Disclosed is an air deflector driving device, comprising a driving case and connecting rod (3). One side of the driving case is provided with a protruding opening (11), the connecting rod (3) is slidably provided in the driving case, and a tip (31) of the connecting rod (3) is limited in the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the connecting rod by means of the limiting structure. Furthermore, also disclosed is an indoor air conditioning unit using the driving device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HEATING AND COOLING
An HVAC system is provided. Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to heat exchangers having tubing with a reduced diameter compared to traditional systems. In one embodiment, a ducted HVAC system comprises an outdoor heat exchanger with tubing that has an outer diameter of eight millimeters (8 mm) or less and an indoor heat exchanger with tubing that has an outer diameter of nine millimeters (9 mm) or less. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
