APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING SPREAD OF AIR-BORNE CONTAMINANTS
An apparatus is provided for preventing the spread of air-borne contaminants in a defined space. The apparatus comprises an air flow outlet adjacent to or within the defined space, an air flow inlet adjacent to or within the defined space, and a conduit for transporting air from the air flow inlet to the air flow outlet. An air treatment module is provided within or adjacent the conduit for extracting air-borne contaminants from air transported from the air flow inlet to the air flow outlet. The air flow outlet deposits air into the defined space substantially evenly across an outlet area.

Air-wall room system
An air-wall room system, suspended from a room ceiling, having a compressed air discharge duct. The air discharge duct is used for circulating compressed air into a hollow, four sided, upper air-wall frame with air openings. The air from the upper air-wall frame is circulated into a work space. The hollow upper air-wall frame includes air discharge ports for creating an air-wall. The air-wall, similar to a curtain, prevents toxic gases from escaping outside the work space. Corners of the upper air-wall frame are attached to vertical frame members. A bottom of the vertical frame members is attached to corners of a hollow, four sided, lower air-wall frame. The lower air-wall frame includes vacuum ports for receiving the bottom of the air-wall. A side of the lower air-wall frame is connected to a vacuum air exhaust duct. The air exhaust duct is used for drawing a vacuum in the hollow lower air-wall frame and exhausting the air-wall out a vacuum air exhaust duct.

ANTI-PATHOGENIC SYSTEM
The disclosed system comprises a primary air curtain system and one or more optional apparel and/or accessory air curtain subsystem components. The primary system and subsystem(s) are configured to create a directionally controlled air curtain effect that repulses, repels, redirects, neutralizes, and/or disperses airborne infectious pathogens, carcinogens, chemicals, and other contaminants away from the body of a user or a surface susceptible to foreign contamination within a protected enclosure.

Air curtain generating device
An air curtain generating device includes: a plurality of pairs of an air jet unit and an air suction unit placed opposite each other on both sides in a lateral direction of an inlet/outlet of a drying chamber, the plurality of the pairs being aligned up and down, the air suction units sucking air ejected from the air jet units to generate an air curtain; a first air guide provided to the air jet units in an upper part of the inlet/outlet to guide air ejected from the air jet units in a direction inclined inward of the drying chamber relative to the lateral direction of the inlet/outlet; and a second air guide provided to the air jet units in a lower part of the inlet/outlet to guide air ejected from the air jet units in a direction inclined outward of the drying chamber relative to the lateral direction.

Pet Feeder with Replaceable Insect Trap
A pet feeder is provided to redirect pests such as insects and bugs attracted to the scent of exposed pet food, trap the redirected pests, and further prevent untrapped pests from contaminating any exposed pet food. The feeder may comprise a hollow holder configured to suspend a portion of a pet food receptacle in the hollow space. Such holder may comprise a plurality of apertures disposed thereon, and UV lights and attractive scents may be provided to redirect the pests from the pet food by attracting them into the hollow interior of the holder. Then, the pests may be trapped in the hollow interior by way of replaceable traps such as flypaper. Additionally, fans may be disposed on the holder and configured to define a forceful barrier that prevents any untrapped pests from contaminating pet food by the entering a space immediately above the pet feeder.
