Drain pan with overflow features

A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) unit includes a drain pan including a basin defined by a base and a plurality of side walls configured to collect condensate from an evaporator of the HVAC unit. The HVAC unit also includes a drain port disposed in the base of the basin and arranged such that the drain pan is configured to direct the condensate toward the drain port and out of the basin, a protruded portion extending from an outer surface of a side wall of the plurality of side walls, and a passage proximate to a top edge of the side wall of the plurality of side walls and configured to facilitate overflow of the condensate out of the basin and along the protruded portion.

VALVE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
20170241560 · 2017-08-24 ·

A valve actuator assembly that include an actuator and an actuator mounting assembly. The actuator mounting assembly may be secured to a valve shaft without the actuator present, and the actuator may be secured to the actuator mounting assembly later. This can make it easier to mount the actuator mounting assembly, especially in cramped spaces. In some cases, the actuator may be wired where it is convenient, and then moved to the actuator mounting assembly and secured to the mounted actuator mounting assembly, sometimes with a simple snap attachment. In some cases, a button, lever or other mechanism may release the actuator from the actuator mounting assembly for easy removal.

In-factory environmental control system

To provide a system that collects data from each sensor (airflow, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, illuminance, and air pollution) that measures an environmental factor and can evaluate an environment in a factory in a complex manner. Environmental sensors that measure environmental elements including at least airflow from among the airflow, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, illuminance, and a degree of air pollution, which are the environmental elements in a factory where a machining operation is performed, a display unit that visualizes and displays measurement results of a plurality of environmental elements measured by the environmental sensors, an evaluation and determination unit that evaluates and determines at least one of machine accuracy, work environment, and image accuracy based on the measurement results of the plurality of environmental elements, and a control unit that controls in-factory equipment so that an environment in the factory becomes a preset environment based on results of evaluation and determination by the evaluation and determination unit are included.

Building ventilation system
09719692 · 2017-08-01 · ·

A ventilation system utilizing fans to bring air into a building and/or exhaust air out of the building powered at least in part by solar panels that can be quickly and easily mounted on the building, such as on roof vents, windows, and the like adjacent to the fans. A sensor may be operatively connected to a controller or logic circuit to measure environmental factors to determine whether to activate the fans. The ventilation system is configured to be a modular device with versatile fasteners for easy installment in windows, attics, or roof tops.

A rotor includes at least one first permanent magnet and a second permanent magnet and has 2n (n is a natural number) magnetic poles. The at least one first permanent magnet forms part of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor and is magnetized to have polar anisotropy. The second permanent magnet is adjacent to the at least one first permanent magnet in a circumferential direction of the rotor, and has lower magnetic force than magnetic force of the at least one first permanent magnet. The second permanent magnet has 3×2n magnetic poles.

Fan device

A fan device for a table of a user comprising a fan, a pivot pin for tilting and a mechanism for connection to a desktop in the form of two clips or a bracket with screws. It is positioned between the user and the desktop. The pivot pin for tilting is positioned beyond the edge of and within the thickness of the desktop, allowing for a maximum height of protrusion of the fan above and below the desktop less than the dimensions of the fan and allowing to direct the air flow to the greater part of the user area. The technical result is the decrease in the height of protrusion of the fan above and below the desktop.
