The control system may include a first input device, a first sensor, and a processor in electronic communication with the first input device, the first sensor, and the blower of the HVAC system. The first input device may be operable to accept a zoning mode selection. The first sensor may be sensor operable to measure a first temperature at a first location within the structure. The processor may be programmed to determine a cooling or heating demand on the HVAC system based on an input temperature and the first measured temperature. The processor may be further programmed to adjust an air flow rate produced by the blower based on the demand on the HVAC system and the zoning mode selection.
SCENTED AIR FILTER SYSTEM FOR HVAC SYSTEMS
The present invention relates to an HVAC system scented air filter. The scented air filter is configured to secure to an HVAC vent or along the ductwork connected thereto. The air filter includes a pair of air filters for filtering air and a scented layer removably disposed between the pair of air filters. The scented layer can be infused with fragrance and includes a plurality of evaporating fragrance gel discs for dispensing fragrance through the filter. The air filter provides a reminder system, or useful/active life indicator, to notify an owner to change the filter when the fragrance is diminished. The filter can provide an electronic nose sensor to detect fragrance in blowing air or a timer button can provide a reminder to the user to replace the filter. Alternatively, a QR code can be used for reminding the user to replace the filter.
METHODS AND FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS FOR ENHANCED THERMAL MANAGEMENT OF PREDOMINANTLY ENCLOSED SPACES
Disclosed are methods and functional elements for enhanced thermal management of predominantly enclosed spaces. In particular, the invention enables the construction of buildings with reduced power requirements for heating and/or air-conditioning systems since under certain conditions less energy for heating or cooling is required to maintain, within certain boundaries, desirable temperatures inside such buildings, habitats, or other enclosed spaces.
In some instances the invention is in part based on dynamically changing functional elements with variable properties, or effective properties, in terms of their electromagnetic radiative behavior and/or their thermal energy storage properties, or the spatial distribution of the stored thermal energy, which permits the application of methods and algorithms to control the overall thermal behavior of the entire structure in such a way that desired levels of inside temperature can be reached with reduced consumption of external energy (typically electricity, gas, oil, or coal).
In some instances no conventional heating of cooling is required at all, whereas in other instances the expenditure of external energy for conventional heating or cooling is reduced. In some instances the invention enables the reduction of the time to reach desired temperatures inside such buildings, habitats, or other predominantly enclosed spaces.
Air-conditioning system control apparatus using degree of influence between air-conditioning indoor units
The air-conditioning system control apparatus includes an influence-degree calculation unit that calculates a degree of influence between two air-conditioning indoor units that are selected from a plurality of air-conditioning indoor units as a pair of air-conditioning indoor units, based on operation data on the pair of air-conditioning indoor units.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
When an outdoor air handler performs a heating humidifying operation and an air conditioner performs a cooling operation, a control device adjusts at least one of a to-be-supplied air temperature of the outdoor air handler, a to-be-supplied air flow rate of the outdoor air handler, a to-be-supplied water flow rate of the outdoor air handler, and a cooling temperature that is a temperature at an air heat exchanger of the air conditioner. The control device adjusts the to-be-supplied air temperature and the cooling temperature on the basis of dehumidification information, operation information, temperature information, and humidity information. The operation information is information regarding an operating state of the air conditioner.
Method for controlling air conditioner compressor frequency based on vibration of pipeline
To solve the problem that a resonance phenomenon occurs between an outdoor unit and a compressor of existing air conditioners, embodiments include a compressor and a pipeline connected to the compressor. A control method includes obtaining a vibration displacement of the pipeline during the operation of the air conditioner and recording it as a first vibration displacement; obtaining the vibration displacement of the pipeline again after time has elapsed and recording it as a second vibration displacement; and selectively adjusting operating parameters of the compressor according to the first vibration displacement and the second vibration displacement. The vibration condition of the outdoor unit is determined through the real-time vibration condition and the vibration change condition of the pipeline so the air conditioner can selectively change the operating parameters of the compressor according to the vibration condition. Thus the vibration condition of the compressor is changed to avoid pipeline damage.
Terminal device, storage medium and air conditioning system
According to one embodiment, a terminal device used by a user in an indoor space in which an air conditioner is installed includes a processor. The processor is configured to input position information indicating a position of the user in the indoor space, input first bodily sensation information indicating an air conditioning state felt by the user, and output the input position information and the input first bodily sensation information to an external device.
