Electronic control system for a number of electrostatic precipitators
The invention concerns an electrostatic precipitator comprising an ionisation stage, a collector stage and a power supply. The power supply comprises a first high-voltage power supply unit for applying a first DC high voltage to the ionization stage and a second high-voltage power supply unit for applying a second DC high voltage to the collector stage. The first high-voltage power supply unit is configured to operate the ionization stage current-controlled. A current sensor required for this is advantageously arranged in the return line carrying low voltage, for which purpose the first high-voltage power supply unit and the second high-voltage power supply unit are galvanically isolated from the mains connection and from each other.

An artificial intelligence (AI) device includes a display, a communication unit configured to transmit indoor air quality information received from an air quality measurement device and meta information input through the display to an AI server, and a processor configured to receive an air quality analysis report generated based on outdoor air quality information, the indoor air quality information and the meta information from the AI server through the communication unit and display the received air quality analysis report on the display. The air quality analysis report includes a first analysis report including a result of analyzing an indoor air quality condition during a measurement period of the air quality measurement device, and a second analysis report including an air quality type according to the indoor air quality condition and a solution for fine dust management according to the air quality type.
Feces odor eliminator
I have designed a thermostatically controlled passive solar heater that blows by solar powered fan using very low wattage, warm air over a feces pile in an Improved Ventilated Privy (outhouse) for the purpose to dry or break the wet film over the feces pile rendering it odorless. I call it the Feces Odor Eliminator.

A system may comprise a sensor device comprising a sensor housing having a circular exterior front surface; a dot matrix display incorporated into the front surface; a touch sensitive surface incorporated into the front surface; a first sensor positioned behind the front surface, configured to make measurements used for a calculation of a characteristic of ambient air; an angled bottom surface configured to rest on a horizontal surface; and a processing system programmed to detect at least one characteristic of the ambient air, and to display the detected characteristic using the dot matrix display.
Safety shutdown systems and methods for LNG, crude oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and other facilities
Methods and systems for maintaining an atmosphere inside a habitat enclosing a work station and shutting down one, more than one, or all operational equipment inside and/or outside the habitat upon the occurrence of an adverse event. Concentrations of explosive, flammable, and/or poisonous gases or vapors are sensed, transmitted to a logic device, as are temperature, pressure, and/or humidity. HVAC units and air extraction units controlled by the logic device maintain acceptable pressure, temperature, and/or humidity. Any grit and dust may be extracted. Any explosive, flammable, and/or poisonous gases or vapors are extracted employing an emergency gas extraction sub-system controlled by the logic device. The logic device shuts down one, more than one, or all operational equipment inside and/or outside the habitat (for example as dictated by the client, law, or regulation) upon receiving one or more adverse event signals.

HYBRID AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A hybrid air conditioning apparatus includes a first air conditioning device and a second air conditioning device. The first air conditioning device is a cooling and heating air conditioner, and the second air conditioning device communicates with the first air conditioning device. Air modulated by the second air conditioning device is sent to the first air conditioning device for cooling and heating air adjustment. Accordingly, the air discharged from the first air conditioning device has enhanced quality and all kinds of properties in the air are provided uniformly.
AGENT DETECTION SYSTEM ASSISTED BY A BUILDING SUBSYSTEM
An indoor air quality monitoring system (20) is adapted to function within a space (26) utilizing a building subsystem (22), such as a heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) unit, configured to control an ambient parameter, such as temperature, humidity or lightning, in the space (26). The system (20) includes an agent detector (30) configured to detect an agent in ambient air, such as smoke, biohazards or particulate matter, and sequentially output an initial agent measurement signal and a subsequent agent measurement signal. A controller (34) of the system (20) includes a processor and a storage media. The controller (34) is pre-programmed with an agent threshold value, and configured to receive the initial agent measurement signal, compare the signal to the agent threshold value, and if the signal exceeds the agent threshold value, then send a command signal to the subsystem (22) to alter the ambient parameter associated with the agent detector, and then receive the subsequent agent measurement signal from the agent detector associated with the altered ambient parameter.
DOMICILE INDOOR AIR QUALITY ANALYSIS SYSTEM WITH OCCUPANCY DETECTION
A system for detecting an occupancy within a domicile may (1) receive air quality metrics for one or more spaces of the domicile from one or more sensors; (2) analyze the air quality metrics for the one or more spaces of the domicile; and/or (3) detect, based upon the analysis of the air quality metrics, the occupancy of the one or more spaces of the domicile. The system may, in response to the detected occupancy of the one or more spaces of the domicile, (4) update a profile corresponding to at least one space of the domicile; (5) trigger a response from one or more devices in or associated with the domicile, the one or more devices configured to control one or more characteristics of the domicile; and/or (6) adjust at least one of an air quality improvement device or a climate control device.
