Water heater
Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.
Laser based water heating element
A laser based water heating element formed from at least two components, e.g., a shaft and a laser beam generator, wherein the shaft and laser beam generator of the laser based water heating element are axially aligned, i.e., the shaft is centered on the laser beam generator, where the laser beam generator is a self-contained green, infrared and red-line laser module with an integrated laser driver circuit, optics and laser diode such that, in operation, the laser beam generator generates a laser beam with an output power that is sufficient to cause the shaft to generate radiant heat and thereby cause the temperature of water within a water heater to rise.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND GAS APPARATUS
The present disclosure discloses a combustion chamber and a combustion apparatus. The combustion chamber includes: a first surrounding plate located on an outer side and a second surrounding plate located on an inner side. A combustion cavity is defined by the second surrounding plate. The first surrounding plate and the second surrounding plate are spaced apart from each other to define at least one air duct in communication with the combustion cavity. Each of the at least one air duct has an air inlet hole formed in the first surrounding plate, and an air outlet hole formed in the second surrounding plate.
Systems and Methods for Instantaneous Hot Water Demand Startup
Systems and methods are directed to water heater systems, including combi boilers and instantaneous water heaters, for initiating off-cycle purge operations, e.g., for energy reductions and efficiency means. Embodiments of the present invention can include at least one heat exchanger configured to heat water, at least one temperature sensor measuring water temperature at one or more locations within the heater system, and a control system in communication with the at least one heat exchanger. The control system can be configured to at least: determine an expected flow demand for hot water; monitor water temperature at an outlet of the at least one heat exchanger, initiate a burner sequence when the outlet temperature is greater than a delivery target temperature, and initiate a purge sequence when the when the outlet temperature is greater than a threshold temperature.
COMBUSTION APPARATUS
A combustion apparatus includes a box and a front plate. An inward flange extending inward is provided at least on an upper part at the peripheral edge of the front plate. The upper part of the opening of the box is provided with a tongue piece protruding in the direction of the front plate. The inward flange of the front plate is provided with a notch restricting a downward movement of the front plate by bringing an upper end of the notch into contact with an upper part of the tongue piece and restricting a left-right movement of the front plate by bringing a side end of the notch into contact with at least one of left and right parts of the tongue piece in a state where the front plate is disposed at a correct position with respect to the opening of the box.
Gas mixing device and gas water heating device
The present disclosure discloses a gas mixing device and a gas water heating device. In which, a gas mixing device, comprises: a shell provided with a fuel gas channel for inputting fuel gas, an air channel for inputting air and a gas mixing channel, the fuel gas channel being provided with a first cut-off portion capable of changing a flow area, and the air channel being provided with a second cut-off portion capable of changing a flow area; a moving part movable in the shell, the moving part simultaneously changing the flow areas of the first cut-off portion and the second cut-off portions by moving. The gas mixing device and the gas water heating device can provide a higher regulation ratio, thereby solving the problem that the water temperature is too high in summer.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE HEATING SYSTEM
A recreational vehicle heating system comprises: a heating medium heater, a hot water supply heat exchanger, a heating medium circuit including a pump and a waste heat exchanger, and a heating medium tank compartmented by vertical partitions configured to allow for the heating medium flow over the partitions from one compartment to another in a sequential order, the hot water supply heat exchanger being arranged in one of the tank compartments, while the other tank compartments are part of heating medium circuits each including a pump and a waste heat exchanger. The first tank compartment in said sequential order is connected, via a conduit, to the heating medium heater, while the last tank compartment in said sequential order is configured to allow for the heating medium flow over to the conduit for the heating medium transfer by a pump via the heater to the first compartment.
