Hot water supply device
A hot water supply device including an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, a burner unit, a heat exchanger, an exhaust aperture, a first temperature sensor detecting a measured exhaust temperature of the exhaust gas, a second temperature sensor detecting a water temperature of water entering the inlet pipe, and a processor. The processor is configured to obtain an error between the measured exhaust temperature and an estimated exhaust temperature, and detects that scale clogging has occurred inside the heat exchange tubing based on an index which is generated using the error between the measured exhaust temperature and the estimated exhaust temperature. The estimated exhaust temperature is a first predetermined value that is determined using a numerical equation which has at least the water temperature of water entering the inlet pipe and a scale number of the hot water supply device as variables of the numerical equation.

OUTDOOR SUPPORT-TYPE WATER HEATER
The present disclosure provides an outdoor support-type water heater, including a gas water heater main body and a water-heater bracket. By arranging at the bottom of the gas water heater main body a bracket which includes two separate brackets that are arranged at both sides of the gas water heater main body to support the gas water heater main body, the gas water heater main body may be fixed outdoors, the user just needs to connect a fuel gas vessel carried by the user to the gas inlet to complete the supply of fuel gas, and connect an outdoor water pipe to the water inlet pipe to complete the supply of water; therefore, supply of hot water is enabled outdoors with the gas water heater and a wider application scope is enabled for the water heater.
Versatile Cleansing and Sanitizing Water Dispenser and Methods of Production
A cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device and related methods are described herein that includes: a heating mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism heats water to a predetermined temperature, wherein the predetermined temperature is above 130° F. and up to the boiling temperature of the water, and wherein the temperature of the water can sanitize a surface, a cloth or another item; a liquid reservoir coupled to the heating mechanism, wherein the liquid reservoir is designed to hold and store water; a dispensing mechanism coupled to the liquid reservoir; and an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes a locking mechanism and wherein the locking mechanism is operatively coupled to the heating mechanism, the dispensing mechanism, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, a cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device includes an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes an integrated spill tray, wherein the device or the heating mechanism will not operate unless the integrated spill tray is engaged and pulled out, so that it extends away from the dispensing device.
BOILER AND METHOD FOR STAGE CHANGE CONTROL THEREOF
Provided are a boiler and a method for stage change control of the boiler. The boiler includes a burner to generate a calorie necessary for producing hot water by burning air and gas, and a controller to perform a stage change control operation, when the number of times, in which the stage is changed, is equal to or greater than a reference number of times, for a predetermined time, based on information on occurrence of the change of the stage in the burner, while hot water is used.
GAS FURNACE WITH HEAT EXCHANGER
A furnace assembly for use with a gas fuel that includes a cabinet and a burner located in the cabinet that is operable to ignite the gas fuel. The furnace also includes a heat exchanger assembly in communication with the burner and open to receiving the ignited gas fuel, the heat exchanger assembly including tubes. Each tube includes a first section with an inlet, a horizontal section having a first internal diameter, and a vertical section. Each tube also includes a second section extending from the first section and having a second internal diameter less than the first internal dimeter. The furnace also includes a blower operable to move air through the cabinet and over the heat exchanger assembly.
RADIANT BOILER FOR PRESSURIZED OXY-COMBUSTION AND METHOD OF RADIANT TRAPPING TO CONTROL HEAT FLUX IN HIGH TEMPERATURE PARTICLE-LADEN FLOWS AT ELEVATED PRESSURE
A boiler has a shell surrounding a vertical centerline. The shell defines an inner surface having an inner diameter and an inner length extending between an upper upstream end and a lower downstream end. The inner surface defines a hollow interior, the boiler having a pre-combustion zone, a combustion zone downstream from the pre-combustion zone, and a post-combustion zone downstream from the combustion zone. The shell is tapered outward along its length in at least a portion of the combustion zone. An oxidizer inlet is in fluid communication with the pre-combustion zone, and a fuel nozzle introduces fuel into the combustion zone. A tube assembly is mounted in the hollow interior of the shell for transferring heat to fluid flowing through the tube assembly. A flue duct is in fluid communication with the post-combustion zone for transporting flue gases from the hollow interior.
