SPLIT SECTION MATTRESS
A split section mattress has a pair of opposing ends defining a mattress length there between and a pair of opposing sides extending between the opposing ends and defining a mattress width there between. At least one end split passes completely through a thickness of the split section mattress and extends partially along the mattress length from one of the pair of opposing ends to define two separate split sections in the split section mattress. A plurality of cuts extends into the split section mattress from the top face. The plurality of cuts is formed as a plurality of straight lines extending across the split section mattress.
Mattress core
This invention is a mattress core that is manufactured as a single unit. It is made up of individual cones that have different configurations resulting in different densities at different portions of the mattress. There are three main ways to accomplishing this goal: columns of different sizes and shapes, columns with different hole diameters, and columns with different density foam used to create them. A key advantage of this invention is that it is a single mattress made from a single mold, and does not require multiple parts to be put together.
EVACUATED BAG WITH MATTRESS AND REUSE OF RESEALED BAG AFTER RELEASE OF VACUUM
In embodiments, a mattress is bagged, compressed, and sealed at a first geographic location. A bag utilized for the bagging has an openable and closeable vent. The bagged, compressed, and sealed mattress is shipped to a destination, second geographic location. It may be warehoused in the bagged, compressed, and sealed state, and may also be further transported to distributors or retailers. At a desired point, the bagged, compressed, and sealed mattress is vented before the final end use. Such may occur before delivery to the retailer or retail customer. The vent is reclosed and the bagged uncompressed and sealed mattress is then delivered to the retailer or end user. A bagged, compressed, sealed mattress has an openable and closeable vent.

MATTRESS ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A mattress assembly includes a chassis having top and bottom walls and first and second sidewalls that each extend from the top wall to the bottom wall. Inner surfaces of the walls and the sidewalls define an interior cavity. The top and bottom walls each include a first section that is connected to the first sidewall and a second section that is connected to the second sidewall such that the first sections are pivotable relative to the first sidewall and the second sections are pivotable relative to the second sidewall. The first section of the top wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the top wall and the first section of the bottom wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the bottom wall. A spring assembly is configured to be positioned within the interior cavity.
Elastic pad, elastic pad assembling method and furniture
The present disclosure relates to the field of elastic pads and discloses an elastic pad, an assembling method thereof and a furniture. An elastic pad includes a first elastic module mounting part, a plurality of first elastic modules disposed on the first elastic module mounting part in a predetermined arrangement, and a pad layer on the plurality of first elastic modules. An outer edge of the pad layer and an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting part are connected via a releasable first connection structure, leaving the sides of the elastic pad open or uncovered. The elastic pad has fewer components, a simple structure, lower cost, and improved comfort. Since the first connection structure is releasable, the pad layer can be disassembled, which facilitates assembling and transportation of the elastic pad and reduces required storage space.
Bed
A bed according to an embodiment may include a topper, at least one firmness adjuster provided under the topper, and a bedframe configured to have an adjustable position and to support the firmness adjuster. There may be a plurality of firmness adjusters corresponding to a plurality of areas of the bed, and each firmness adjuster may include a plurality of cushions provided in a cushion case and a drive to adjust the firmness of the plurality of cushions. The drive may change a position of a first spring relative to a second spring in each of the cushions to change a perceived firmness by a user lying on top of the topper and the firmness adjusters. A dryer may be provided under the bedframe to keep the cushions and topper dry.
Furniture construction with elastic or spring modules
Furniture is assembled from elastic modules enabling rapid and convenient assembly and disassembly. The elastic module has a spring, an outer covering layer, and an end member attached to an end face of the outer covering layer. A mattress includes a plurality of individual spring assemblies (145), with each spring assembly including at least one spring (134) and a spring cap (144, 150, 161, 164, 171, 184, 194, 204). Each spring cap has at least one first attachment fitting (168, 178, 174, 186, 196) and at least one second attachment fitting (169, 180, 176, 187) with each first attachment fitting engageable into or onto and removable from a second attachment fitting of an adjoining spring cap. The spring assemblies are attached to each other via the first and second attachment fittings, forming the individual spring assemblies into a spring core. A top pad is positioned on top of the spring core.
Bed structures
Bed structures are presented. The bed structure may include a bed frame for supporting at least one of a mattress or a mattress foundation, at least one illumination device mounted on the bed frame, and a control system. The control system includes at least one sensor and being configured to illuminate the at least one illumination device responsive to predetermined environmental conditions determined by the at least one sensor. In another aspect, a bed structure includes at least one illumination device mounted on the bed frame, and a control system configured to illuminate the at least one illumination device responsive to predetermined environmental conditions. The control system includes a motion sensor, a light sensor, a timer, and a remote control system facilitating operation of the at least one illumination device responsive to user input control or a predetermined control sequence.
Systems and methods for cushion supports
The mattress assemblies have an array of springs extending from a sheet. Each spring in the array may be manufactured by choosing a position for the spring, cutting a profile of the sheet spring in the sheet, peeling back or bending the profile or tab of the sheet, and shaping the profile to form the sheet spring. The array of springs may be formed from creating a plurality of such springs along rows and columns. In certain embodiments, multiple sheets may be stacked to form the sheet spring array.
