A voice-control intelligent mattress with hardness capable of being adjusted in multiple stages comprises an upper-layer soft pad, a hardness-adjusting device and a lower layer or a multi-layered hard pad that are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the hardness-adjusting device comprises two adjusting units symmetrically arranged with the transverse center line of the present invention, and a voice-control module connected with the adjusting unit through a wire for controlling the starting and stopping of the adjusting unit; two adjusting frames connected with the adjusting unit are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the adjusting unit; an elastic mesh belt installed on the adjusting frames is tightened or loosened along the expansion or contraction of the adjusting frames; the hardness of the mattress can be precisely adjusted so that the various demands of users can be satisfied.

Connector element with tang fixation and frame assembly

A connector element having a body portion formed by a substantially planar first abutment surface, a substantially planar second abutment surface, and a corner surface, wherein the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface are formed at substantially 90° relative to one another; a first deck panel corner abutment surface extending substantially perpendicularly from a first terminating edge of the upper deck panel support surface; a second deck panel corner abutment surface extending substantially perpendicularly from a second terminating edge of the upper deck panel support surface; one or more protrusions extend perpendicular to the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface; and at least one deflectable flexible finger, wherein the at least one flexible finger comprises a tang that extends, proximate a tip of the at least one flexible finger, beyond the primary surface of the at least one flexible finger.

Foldable bedding foundation having L-shaped spacers

A foldable bedding foundation comprising a first section is hingedly secured to a second section so that the bedding foundation may be folded for storage or transportation purposes. Each section has a base, an upper deck and a plurality of generally L-shaped spacers pivotally secured to the base and upper deck. Upper and lower hinges extend between the base and upper deck of each section. Locking members extending through the spacers maintain the foundation in its erected position.

Adjustable Bed with Foundation Spring Support
20170318977 · 2017-11-09 ·

The disclosure relates to an adjustable bed and foundation thereof, in particular incorporating springs or other support elements into the adjustable bed foundation or frame. The adjustable bed can include one or more foundation spring support sections mounted on or in a mattress support surface of the bed foundation. Spring support sections having different firmness levels in different mattress support sections can provide a varying support level to a user of the adjustable bed foundation combined with a mattress thereon. Spring support sections that are discrete from each other can permit articulation of the corresponding mattress support surface sections without creating bending, elongation, and/or compression stresses which might otherwise cause uneven support from or damage to a continuous spring support element spanning multiple mattress support surface sections.

A mattress assembly includes a chassis having top and bottom walls and first and second sidewalls that each extend from the top wall to the bottom wall. Inner surfaces of the walls and the sidewalls define an interior cavity. The top and bottom walls each include a first section that is connected to the first sidewall and a second section that is connected to the second sidewall such that the first sections are pivotable relative to the first sidewall and the second sections are pivotable relative to the second sidewall. The first section of the top wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the top wall and the first section of the bottom wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the bottom wall. A spring assembly is configured to be positioned within the interior cavity.

A customizable mattress includes a chassis defining a cavity. A spring pack is removably positioned within the cavity. A top pad removably covers at least a portion of the spring pack. In some embodiments, kits and methods of use are provided.

Rattan chair back connector, connection assembly, and rattan chair

A connector comprises a body, a first connection part, and a second connection part. The first connection part and the second connection part are respectively disposed at two adjacent side surfaces of the body of the connector. The first connection part and a horizontal rod are engaged, the second connection part and a vertical rod are engaged, to form a detachable connection between the horizontal rod and the vertical rod with the connector. Without dealing with an over edging operation of a boundary and a corner of the frame, the rattan pieces are directly connected to the horizontal rod or the vertical rod, to perform the weaving of the chair back, which greatly reduces the difficulty of weaving. The first side surface is a step shaped surface, which reduces the difficulty of the engaged connection between the first connection part and the horizontal rod. The connector is a one-piece structure.

Arrangement with a plurality of spring elements for a cushion support

An arrangement of spring elements for a cushion support is provided, having a plurality of spring elements, at which between a base and a support disc spring arms are arranged in each case, wherein the spring elements are arranged lying next to one another in such a manner that the support discs of the plurality of spring elements jointly define a support area and connecting elements are interconnected via the spring elements in such a manner that the spring elements are fixed in their position relative to one another, wherein the connecting elements are formed in one piece and are integrally molded onto the spring elements. The application furthermore includes a stack of spring element arrangements.
