HEAT GENERATOR

A heat generator includes an electrode terminal, a heating element, an electrically conductive housing, and an insulator. The electrode terminal is stacked on the heating element in a stacking direction. The housing houses a stacked body formed of the heating element and the electrode terminal. The stacked body includes a pair of side wall surfaces each extending in the stacking direction, an element side end surface, and a terminal side end surface. The element side end surface is in close contact with the case inner wall surface. Both the terminal side end surface and the pair of side wall surfaces are entirely in close contact with the case inner wall through the insulator. The housing includes a pair of facing walls facing and extending along the pair of side wall surfaces to serve as a positioning member that restricts the heating element from moving in the intersecting direction.

A hollow heat shield having a proximal end located on or near the base member, and a distal end located within the upper housing, and a support member extending between the base member and the upper housing or tabletop. The distal end of the heat shield extends beyond a proximal end of the upper housing, defining a region of vertical overlap between the heat shield and the upper housing.

Modular heating system

A kit for assembling a heating system and a heating system, which when assembled, comprises at least two heating devices, a partition constituting at least a part of one wall of each of the devices, which separates between interiors thereof, and a sealing arrangement mounted at least along upper, lower and rear edges of the partition to at least reduce a heat transfer between the interiors of the two devices at said edges so as to allow individual heating operation of each of the heating devices; the heating devices having a common front wall at least seen from an exterior of the system as a single front face of the system.

Provided is a condensate water trap for a gas furnace that collects and discharges condensate water produced in a heat exchanger and an exhaust pipe. The condensate water trap includes: a first inlet through which the condensate water produced in the heat exchanger is introduced; a second inlet through which the condensate water produced in the exhaust pipe is introduced; a first flow path through which the condensate water coming from the first inlet passes; a second flow path through which the condensate water coming from the second inlet passes; an outlet through which the condensate water introduced through the first and second inlets is discharged; a third flow path into which the residual condensate water passed through at least one of the first and second flow paths but not discharged through the outlet is introduced; and a sensing mechanism that senses if the amount of residual condensate water introduced into the third flow path is greater than or equal to a given amount.

HEATER FOR VAPORIZER DEVICE WITH AIR PREHEATING ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A heater for a vaporizer with air preheating element includes a casing, a tunnel with a perforated bottom, which is a cylindrical heating chamber for placing a cigarette, a heating element of a resistive type, a heat exchanger, including air channels for circulation and preheating of air by a heater, a top end and a bottom end, an air intake hole made in the top end. Outlet holes are communicated with exits of air channels of the heat exchanger for intake of air preheated by the heater in the tunnel. The casing is made in the form of a tape of a thin-film dielectric heat-resistant material, on which a thin layer of resistive material with contacts is applied on the end of one side, forming the heating element, and on the other side a top and bottom spacers are fixed and inclined toward the middle, as well as the edging, which are made of flexible heat-resistant material. The above mentioned tape with a heating element, located on its external side, is rolled into a cylinder and forms a tunnel, and is additionally coiled into several interconnected spiral coils, and forms a spiral casing with the top and bottom ends so that the top and bottom spacers and the edging located on the inside form a spiral heat exchanger comprising the top and bottom and the middle spiral air ducts for spiral and labyrinth circulation and preheating of air, and at the bottom there is an additional inlet hole for air intake.
