DUAL-SIDED FOAM MATTRESS WITH LIQUID-RESISTANT AND FIRE-RETARDANT COVER
A mattress and mattress cover assembly, comprising a mattress component, wherein the mattress component includes a first foam layer having a top side and a bottom side; and a second foam layer, wherein the second foam layer is attached to and extends widthwise and lengthwise across the bottom side of the first foam layer; and a covering completely enclosing the mattress component, wherein the covering includes at least one liquid-resistant layer, wherein the at least one liquid-resistant layer is an outer layer comprising elastic fibers; and at least one fire-retardant layer either attached to or formed integrally with the at least one liquid-resistant layer, wherein the at least one fire-retardant layer is an inner layer comprising fire-retardant fibers.
The embedded storage space structure of air mattress having a three-dimensional fabric
The present invention relates to an embedded accommodation space structure of an air mattress made of three-dimensional woven fabrics, the structure providing, when an air mattress that has an airtightness-exhibiting coating layer, which is formed on the outer surface of three-dimensional woven fabric woven from a plurality of pieces of pile yarn connecting the space between woven surfaces facing each other at both sides thereof, so as to be inflated by means of air pressure is manufactured, an independent space in which electric components such as a speaker for generating sound and vibration and an air pump for filling the mattress with air can be provided in a concealed state, so that the exposure of the electric components is blocked while maintaining sound transmission characteristics through the pile yarn, and thus convenience of use and exterior attractiveness can be increased. The structure for providing the independent space while maintaining the vibration characteristics of the pile yarn, inside a normal air mattress in which the three-dimensional woven fabrics are used as a base, is characterized in that a barrel-shaped box, of which the upper part is blocked by a flange formed on the outer peripheral surface of an opening so that the electric components such as the speaker for transmitting sound and the air pump for injecting air are selectively accommodated therein through the opening provided at the bottom surface thereof, and a cylinder-shaped isolated part, of which the side is opened in a state in which the plurality of pieces of pile yarn is woven above the box so as to be vertically connected between upper and lower woven surfaces and coating films are respectively formed on the outer sides of the upper and lower woven surfaces, are integrally joined therein.
REVERSIBLE MATTRESS TOPPER
A reversible mattress topper for a mattress is provided that includes opposing first and second panels. A fill material is intermediate the first and second panels. The panel materials and/or selected portions of the filler material will be selected to provide either cooling or comfort for the sleeper. One surface of the reversible mattress topper will be configured to be cooling in nature. The other surface of the reversible mattress will be comforting and optionally warming in nature. The panels can be stylized in order to communicate which surface provides cooling and which surface provides warming.
Apparatus for mattress retention in an aircraft passenger compartment
The present application relates to securing a mattress within an aircraft including a pliable enclosure configured for enclosing a cushion including a fastener system for providing access to an interior of the pliable enclosure when the fastener system is in an open state and for restraining the mattress when the fastener system is in a closed state and wherein the pliable enclosure has a top surface and a bottom surface and a strapping system affixed to the bottom surface wherein the strapping system includes a strap extension affixed to the strapping system wherein the strap extension is configured to be received by a retention clip secured to a bed support platform.
Mattress assembly
A mattress assembly includes a cover, a spring pack positioned within the cover, and an inner core positioned within the cover. The inner core includes opposite first and second portions. The first portion has a firmness that is different than a firmness of the second portion. The inner core is configured to be moved between a first configuration in which the first portion directly engages the spring pack and a second configuration in which the second portion directly engages the spring pack to alter a firmness of a sleep surface of the mattress. Methods of use are disclosed.
Zipper mattress attachment
A system can include a zipper that connects a mattress to a bed foundation. For example, the zipper can extend from a head end to a foot end of an adjustable foundation. For another example, a zipper can connect to a mattress along a seam of the mattress and/or to a foundation along a seam of a foundation. For another example, a first zipper can connect the mattress core to a second zipper and the second zipper can connect a foundation to the first zipper. For another example, first and second zippers can be substantially vertically aligned.
Bedding or seating product having topper with at least one thermally enhanced foam component
A three-layered topper fora bedding or seating product has a first piece of foam, a second piece of foam and a pocketed spring comfort layer therebetween. The pocketed spring comfort layer has individually pocketed mini coil springs. At least one of the foam pieces may be infused with metallic particles to improve thermal conductivity. Alternatively, at least one of the foam pieces may be infused with microencapsulated phase change materials to improve heat absorption. At least one of the foam pieces may have a coating to further improve thermal conductivity or heat absorption.
FOAM PAD STRUCTURE HAVING PROTECTIVE FILM
A foam pad structure having a protective film includes a substrate layer, a hot glue layer, a printed pattern layer, and an adhesive film. The substrate layer is made of a foam material. The substrate layer has two surfaces arranged oppositely on its upper and lower sides. The hot glue layer is coated on at least one of the two surfaces of the substrate layer. The hot glue layer has an adhesive surface facing away from the substrate layer. The printed pattern layer is composed of a pigment containing the same composition as the hot glue layer. The printed pattern layer is printed on the adhesive surface of the hot glue layer. The hot glue layer and the printed pattern layer are melted between the substrate layer and the adhesive film.
PET BED WITH REMOVABLE WARMING OR COOLING UNIT
A pet bed including a base mattress including a cut-out is defined in a first layer, and a corresponding detent is defined in a second layer, and a water repellant outer covering surrounds the first layer and the second layer, and includes a water resistant section sewn into the water repellant outer covering which consists only of a portion of a surface of the water repellant outer covering corresponding to the cut-out, and a top coverlet configured to be removably connected to the base mattress to cover a top surface of the base mattress. The water resistant section of the water repellant outer covering is sized and positioned so as to extend into the cut-out and detent when the water repellant outer covering is in use and a heating or cooling unit is seated on the water resistant section to be flush with a top surface of the water repellant outer covering.
