Methods and functional elements for enhanced thermal management of predominantly enclosed spaces and the use of concurrently obtained sensor data for secondary applications including insurance related applications
A method of modulating the impact of electromagnetic irradiance on a predominantly enclosed space, including providing at least an inner shell of the predominantly enclosed space, placing a plurality of spatially adjustable functional elements in an exterior position relative to an outside facing surface of said inner shell and/or placing one or more panels, containers, or reservoirs, each including a thermal carrier medium, in or proximate to said predominantly enclosed space to increase the thermal capacity of the inner shell. A control system adjusts the position of the functional elements and/or the spatial distribution of the thermal carrier medium. The control system acquires data from one or more sensors and detects a catastrophic even related to the predominantly enclosed space.

IMPROVED BRAYTON PHOTOTHERMAL POWER GENERATION METHOD AND SYSTEM
The invention relates to an improved Brayton concentrated solar power generation method, which belongs to the technical field of solar power generation. The method performs the following steps under normal pressure or micro positive pressure: (1) the heat storage medium enters the heat collection device from the low-temperature tank; (2) the sunlight is collected to the heat collection device to transform the heat storage medium into the high-temperature heat storage medium; (3) the high-temperature heat storage medium enters the heat exchanger and exchanges heat with the power working medium; (4) the high-temperature power working medium after heat exchange enters the turbine generator set to provide power generation. Based on the method, the invention also provides a matched power generation system. Adopting the method and device of the invention for power generation has the advantages of low cost, easy construction and maintenance, high efficiency, less restriction, etc., can realize long-term and stable power generation, can be applied to any area, and is conducive to large-scale promotion.
PUMP SYSTEM
A pump (2) system includes a pump, a sensor (22; 28) arranged in or at a flow path (14), and a concentration measurement device measuring a concentration in liquid inside the flow path (14). The concentration measurement device includes the sensor (22; 28), as a concentration sensor, connected to an evaluation device (26) for evaluating readings of the sensor (22; 28). The evaluation device (26) is connected to a further signal source (20; 24), providing at least one further parameter, and is configured to carry out an evaluation of the reading of the sensor (22; 28), taking into account the further parameter provided by the further signal source (20, 24) to output the concentration in the liquid. A solar heating system includes the pump system.

Roof mount bracket
The present disclosure is generally directed to mounting components on a corrugated metal roof. The disclosed systems and devices utilize a multi-surface clip (e.g., multi-planar) to securely attaching components such as rails to the corrugated metal roof while increasing the pullout strength of mounted structures and more evenly spreading the load of such mounted structures over the corrugated metal roof. In one embodiment, the multi-surface clip allows attaching a rail to the top of a rib of the corrugated metal roof while a fastener mechanically attaches the clip to a side surface of the rib. This allows the fastener to experience shear forces when upward forces (e.g., normal to the top surface of the rib) are applied to the rail or a structure supported by the rail.
