Electric Mattress
An electric mattress (1) includes a mattress frame (10) including a backrest section (101), a seat section (102), a thigh section (103) supporting a user's thighs, and a shank section (104) supporting a user's shanks, and a mattress cover (11) enclosing the mattress frame (10). The backrest section (101) and the seat section (102), the seat section (102) and the thigh section (103), and the thigh section (103) and the shank section (104) are rotatably connected, and angles between the backrest section (101) and the seat section (102), and between the seat section (102) and the thigh section (103) are able to be adjusted to predetermined angles.
ANTI-SNORING SYSTEMS
An anti-snoring system including an anti-snoring assembly. The anti-snoring assembly includes an anti-snoring-body; with the anti-snoring body including a front-side, a back-side, a top-side, and a bottom-side. The front-side includes a left-surface and a right-surface and the back-side includes a back-side-surface. The top-side includes a top-side-surface, where the bottom-side includes a bottom-side-surface. The anti-snoring system is structured and arranged to be placed beneath a pillow of a user to provide the user with a favorable downward-head-angle for reducing or preventing snoring during sleep. Embodiments include arrangements where the back-side is flat in shape, and both the top-side and the bottom-side are triangular in shape. Additionally, the left-surface and the right-surface of the front-side of the anti-snoring system may each resemble a flat-plane. Accordingly, the left-surface and the right-surface of the front-side of the anti-snoring system will be rectangular in shape.
Encasement for preventing bed bug escapement via a zipper opening
The present technology provides an encasement comprising a fabric cover formed of bed bug impervious fabric. The encasement comprises an opening with a zipper mechanism disposed therein and operable to close the opening. The encasement also comprises a barrier attached to the fabric cover, extending along and opposite the zipper tracks. The encasement also comprises a channel between the barrier and said zipper tracks that receives a portion of the zipper head and becomes an enclosed channel when said zipper tracks are mated together. The channel has a confined space of a size to thwart bug movement along the channel.
Mattress with user adjustable comfort features
A mattress wherein a plurality of independent yarn based fire barrier fabrics encases a plurality of distinct and unattached interior core structures. The plurality of interior core structures include at least a detached and internally flippable upper comfort layer assembly with a plurality of non-homogeneous foams or filling materials encased in a yarn-based fire barrier fabric and a lower, interiorly disposed support core structure with resilient filling materials encased in a yarn-based fire barrier fabric and a fabric cover. The detachable and internally flippable upper comfort layer assembly may be contained in a user accessible compartment that is fashioned into an outer cover assembly.
Compressible foam foundation for mattress support
A foundation for a mattress is formed from a foam block and supports that extend across the bottom side of the foam block. The supports are preferably secured within channels in the bottom side of the foam block and can be attached to the foam block by an adhesive. The foam block is made of foam rigid enough to support a mattress and is compressible so it has a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration. In the compressed configuration, the foundation may be folded into a compact form and vacuum-sealed in a plastic membrane which easies in storage, shipping, and delivery of the foundation. When the foundation is delivered to its place of use, the compressed foundation can be removed from its packaging, allowing the foam block to return to its expanded configuration and placed onto a standard bed frame with the supports providing crosswise support across the frame.
Disposable arm rest cover
A disposable armrest cover, having a top wall section with a top wall with a forward edge, an aft edge, and first and second lateral edges. The top wall further has perforations disposed at a first predetermined distance from the forward edge without reaching the aft edge. A first sidewall section has a first sidewall having a first sidewall forward edge, a first sidewall aft edge, and a first sidewall bottom edge. A second sidewall section has a second sidewall having a second sidewall forward edge, a second sidewall aft edge, and a second sidewall bottom edge. A forward wall section has a forward wall having a bottom edge. A strap assembly secures onto a chair having at least one armrest. In a preferred embodiment, the perforations form an “X” configuration.

BED HAVING LOGIC CONTROLLER
A system can include a bed having a mattress, a sensor, and the data processing device. The sensor is configured to sense a feature of the mattress and transmit readings to a data processing device. The data processing device includes a processor and is configured to receive the readings from the sensor and determine if the readings i) indicate a user presence on the mattress and ii) indicate the user intends to sleep. The data processing device is configured to transmit a command to a peripheral controller responsive to determining that the readings i) indicate user presence on the mattress and ii) indicate the user intends to sleep.

KNIT SEAT BACK FOR AN OFFICE CHAIR
A seat back for an office chair includes a knit material for extending over a structural frame. The knit material can be formed in a single knitting operation to include cushioning characteristics that vary across different regions of the knit material. The knit material may be a weft knit material having a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, wherein the third layer is inlayed between the first and second layers and the inlay material is different from at least the first and second layers and provides a degree of cushioning between the first and second layers. The first and second layers are knit according to a predetermined pattern, the predetermined pattern determining crossing lines where the first and second layers cross one another and fix the third layer in position with respect to the first and second layers. The predetermined pattern is differentiated between regions of the back support, such that a first region of the back support has a higher density of crossing lines than a second region of the back support, the first region providing a different degree of cushioning than the second region.
