A method can be provided that includes measuring sound waves using a sound measuring device, determining, at a central controller of an air mattress system, one or more parameter values of the sound waves, comparing the one or more parameter values with values, ranges, or patterns indicative of snoring, identifying a snoring state of a user, and initiating, with the central controller, a change to one or more adjustable features of the air mattress system.

A body support cushion is provided with layered foam which receives airflow and allows passage in predefined areas through the body support cushion. Additionally, a cover is provided including a spacer fabric that allows air movement from the body support cushion to improve ventilation of the user of the cushion.

An air bed system including a plurality of peripheral devices and a pump unit configured to adjust a firmness of an air mattress, the pump unit including a pump. The system further includes a controller configured to execute instructions that cause the pump unit to wirelessly pair with at least one of the plurality of peripheral devices. The present invention provides systems, methods, and articles for temperature conditioning a surface. An article is formed from a first layer having a plurality of openings and a second layer having a corresponding plurality of openings. At least one interior chamber constructed and configured to retain a fluid without leaking is defined between an interior surface of the first layer and an interior surface of the second layer. At least one flexible fluid supply line delivers the fluid to the at least one interior chamber. At least one flexible fluid return line removes the fluid from the at least one interior chamber. At least one control unit that is operable to selectively cool or heat the fluid is attached to the at least one flexible fluid supply line and the at least one flexible fluid return line.

A polymeric material mixture comprising a fluorine-containing polymer, a siloxane polymer, and at least two polymer processing additives (PPA), wherein the at least two polymer processing additives have different chemistries. For example, there can be a flexible coextruded pipe for providing a protective housing for cables, fluids, sludge or solids, the pipe comprising a pair of telescopically related inner and outer layers, where said inner layer is lubricated with the polymeric material mixture.

Utilizing supply of conditioned air to provide air at desired temperature to the mattress system, or utilizing air suction to drain heat away from the mattress system, can provide precise microclimate control at the mattress, thereby permitting conformable sleep.

A mattress or mattress topper includes a cushioning element having an elastomeric material forming intersecting buckling walls that define hollow columns, and a knitted fabric disposed over the cushioning element and configured to move independently of the buckling walls. The elastomeric material includes an elastomeric polymer and a plasticizer. The knitted fabric includes a first layer of stretchable material; a second layer of stretchable material; and a layer of stretchable fill material between the first layer of stretchable material and the second layer of stretchable material. The first layer of stretchable material is knitted together with the second layer of stretchable material as a unitary sheet of fabric including the layer of stretchable fill material. A method of forming a mattress or mattress topper includes disposing a knitted fabric over a cushioning element comprising intersecting buckling walls and configuring the knitted fabric to move independently of the buckling walls.

The disclosed bedsheet system includes a middle portion, a foot connector, and a head connector that allows for quick removal and/or addition of sheets. The middle portion has a length and a width defining a plane, the length has a first end and a second end. The foot connector is attached to the first end of the middle portion and has at least one sheet connector mechanism. The head connector is attached to the second end of the middle portion and has at least one sheet connector mechanism. The foot connector and the head connector extend generally perpendicular from the plane of the middle portion.

Convertible chairs that can be converted to and from an open chair configuration to a box or table configuration for storage and protection of the interior portions is provided. The convertible chairs can have include one or more of a sunshade, adjustable foot rest, legs, wheels, and can in some embodiments be a reclining chair. In some aspects, a cover portion can be used to cover a portion of the interior portions of the chair when the convertible chair is in a box configuration, and be folded and retracted into a pocket of the convertible chair when in an open chair configuration.
