Mattress panels including flame retardant fibers
Mattress assemblies including fiber panels generally include bicomponent fibers including optically active particles within a core thereof. The bicomponent fibers can be treated with a fire retardant or untreated and blended with fire retardant fibers. The bicomponent fibers are configured to transform radiant body heat of an end user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF SMART SEATING MANAGEMENT
A seating management system having a plurality of chairs, each chair having a code scanner, an object detection sensor, a motor, and a communication device in operative communication with a central management server. The central management server is configured to pre-assign a reservation code for each of the chairs, assign each of the invited guests to a chair, cause an invitation to be sent to each of said invited guests, and analyze the invited guest responses. The server is then configured to activate the plurality of chairs, send the corresponding reservation code to each guest whose response accepted the invitation, and cause the motor of the respective activated chair to move said chair when the central management server receives a reservation code corresponding to said chair.
Flame retardant mattress core cap and method of making same
A fabric made by the method of providing a non-woven batt having flame retardant fibers, stitch bonding the non-woven batt with an elastic yarn, and heat setting the stitch bonded, non-woven batt. The stitch bonded non-woven batt is exposed to a temperature in a range of 160° C. to 200° C. for a period in a range of 30 seconds to 120 seconds. In an embodiment, the fabric is adapted for use as a mattress core cover.
Stretchable flame barrier panels
A stretchable flame barrier panel including an interior stretch zone having elastomeric yarns extending across a fibrous base layer of textile fibers and optionally substantially stable lateral selvage zones outboard of the interior stretch zone. In a finished state, the interior stretch zone has substantial stretch and recovery in both the machine direction and the cross-machine direction.
Vehicle seating assembly
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat base that has a first heating element. A seat back has a second heating element. A sensor is coupled to the seat base and is configured to obtain a weight data. A user-interface assembly is operably coupled to the first and second heating elements. A controller is in communication with the sensor to receive the weight data. The controller is configured to control the first and second heating elements in response to the weight data.
Bed cooling assembly
A bed cooling assembly includes a blower unit that is positionable adjacent to a bed for sleeping. A pair of hoses is each of the hoses is fluidly coupled to the blower unit to direct the air blown by the blower unit. A pair of restraints is each removably attachable to a respective one of the hoses to mount the respective hose to the sleeping bed. A pair of exhaust vents is each fluidly coupled to a respective one of the hoses to receive the air from the blower unit. Each of the exhaust vents is positionable between the sleeping bed and a blanket on the sleeping bed to direct the air onto a user sleeping on the sleeping bed thereby cooling the user.
Bed bug prevention band
A preventive device involves an elastic band capable of being secured about the base of a mattress or box spring. The elastic band is impregnated or coated with a composition that repels bed bugs. The elastic band also protects bedding from the infestation of bedbugs, which is much easier than eradication.
Protective patient procedure chair/table toe protective cover with improved hygienic and adaptable design for medical treatment furnishings
A protective cover improves the hygiene of patient procedure chair/table, such as a toe cover. There is a need to for an improvement on the ability to effectively disinfect all components of a universally adaptable protective cover applied to the toe area of healthcare furnishing/patient procedure chair. The embodiments of the present protective cover is universally adaptable to various shapes and sizes found in patient procedure chairs. Textiles selected for use include vinyl, medical grade upholstery vinyl, or other textiles that may be used in healthcare settings so that all components can be disinfected with intermediate grade disinfectants. The design also allows for decoratively enhancing the patient environment. Dental patient chair will be used to demonstrate images. The design can be adapted to various patient chairs and tables.

THERAPEUTIC ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS FOR PETS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A therapeutic orthopedic mattress for pets includes a top cover, a first layer covered by the top cover, and a second layer underlying the first layer. The mattress also includes an antennae comprising an elongated wire having a first end positioned proximate a first end of the first layer and a second end longitudinally spaced apart from the first end proximate a second opposing end of the first layer. The antennae is spread out between the first layer and the top cover. In addition, the method includes a microprocessor coupled to the first end of the antennae and is configured to distribute a plurality of sequences of intermittent electrical signals along the antennae to the second end. The mattress also includes a plurality of magnetic discs and far infrared radiation discs dispersed over a top surface of the first layer.
