METHOD FOR DOING BUSINESS
Embodiments of the disclosure pertain to a method of doing business that includes entering into a transaction with a first recipient; per terms of the transaction, providing a monitoring module for a heat exchanger unit; operably associating the monitoring module with the heat exchanger unit, the monitoring module being configured and operable to monitor a fouling condition of the heat exchanger unit; providing information about an indication received from the monitoring module related to the fouling condition; and performing a cleaning action of the heat exchanger unit upon based on the indication.
DETERMINATION DEVICE
A determination device able to determine a cause of generation of gas with a simple configuration is provided. The determination device includes a pressure gauge that detects pressure in a gas storage chamber that stores non-condensable gas generated in an absorber of an absorption refrigerator, and a hydrogen sensor that detects an amount of hydrogen discharged from the gas storage chamber. Further, a determining unit determines a cause of generation of the non-condensable gas stored in the gas storage chamber based on a detection result of the hydrogen sensor and a detection result of the pressure gauge.
Method for cleaning HVAC system and verifying cleaning effectiveness
A method of cleaning and a system and method of determining the effectiveness of a cleaning process for an HVAC system including a heat exchanger having a coil matrix. The coil matrix includes a plurality of rows of heat exchanging coils in which each adjacent row of coils is offset. The plurality of rows define channels extending through the coil matrix between an upstream side and a downstream side. The heat exchanger cleaning method includes applying a cleaning solution and a wet steam mixture directed into the channels. The effectiveness of the cleaning method is determine by a system and method which measures various operating parameters at the inlet side and outlet side of the heat exchanger both before and after the cleaning process. The system and method calculate a SEER rating using the total amount of heat removed by the HVAC system and the total power usage of the HVAC system.

Contamination barrier for heat exchangers
A contamination barrier for protecting heat exchanger units, for example, condensers of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The contamination barrier includes a filtration media which allows particles small enough to pass through a condenser assembly to pass through the contamination barrier, while preventing larger particles from passing therethrough. The contamination barrier inhibits the buildup of debris and other contamination within the condenser assembly while reducing or eliminating the need to clean the barrier, and without significantly reducing airflow through the condenser assembly, thereby promoting the ability of the condenser assembly to maintain operational efficiency. The contamination barrier is adaptable to be applied to a variety of heat exchanger units.

AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner including a hot gas line for receiving a portion of refrigerant compressed in a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor expansion device for expanding the refrigerant having exchanged heat in the indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger functioning as a condenser in a cooling mode while functioning as an evaporator in a heating mode, and a 4-way valve for receiving a remaining portion of the compressed refrigerant, to guide the refrigerant emerging from the compressor to the outdoor heat exchanger in the cooling mode and to the indoor heat exchanger in the heating mode. The outdoor heat exchanger includes a main heat exchanger section functioning as a condenser in the cooling mode while functioning as an evaporator in the heating mode, and an auxiliary heat exchanger for receiving the refrigerant from the hot gas line in a frosting prevention mode.

WET EVAPORATION-BASED COLD CONCENTRATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a wet evaporation-based cold concentration system, which is mainly applied to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly applied to the technical field of heat-source tower heat-pump air conditioners. By utilizing a wet evaporation theory, a low-temperature low-concentration anti-freezing solution is enabled to contact low-temperature air in a wet evaporator to perform the heat and mass transfer, and water in the anti-freezing solution is vaporized at a low temperature into the air, thereby obtaining the high-concentration anti-freezing solution. By reasonably utilizing the concentration pool and the storage pool, the low-concentration anti-freezing solution is separated from the high-concentration anti-freezing solution, thereby achieving a purpose of simultaneously concentrating and storing the anti-freezing solution
