Flexible wall safety bassinet
An easy-access bassinet especially useful for new mothers and babies, either in hospitals or at home. The bassinet has a barrier to prevent the infant from rolling off a sleeping platform, and one wall of the barrier is convertible to permit a mother to reach in and cradle the infant, for breast-feeding for example. The convertible wall may have a restoring mechanism to transform it back to its original barrier position upon removal of the weight of the mother's arms, or may be detachable. The convertible wall may be rigid adjacent the sleeping platform that lowers or pivots out of the way, or a mesh or fabric panel that may be depressed downward. A partial barrier wall may also be provided just inside the convertible front wall for extra security. The mesh or fabric panel is easily detached for cleaning or replacement.
Convertible Furniture Assembly
A convertible furniture assembly for selective use as a crib, bed and play pen includes a pair of end boards. Each of a pair of first railings is coupled to an opposing side edge of each end board. The end boards and the first railings are right angularly positioned. A frame is reversibly couplable to and extends between the end boards. The frame extends between the first railings. The assembly comprises a mattress that is substantially complementary to the frame. The frame and the pair of first railings are selectively vertically positionable between a top and a bottom of each end board. The frame is positioned to support the mattress in a crib configuration, a playpen configuration and a bed configuration. The first railings are selectively positionable for the crib configuration, the playpen configuration and the bed configuration.
DEVICE FOR SIMULATING A HUMAN PRESENCE AND METHOD
A device for simulating a human presence and method is disclosed herein. The device includes a speaker configured to provide an audio output substantially similar to a voice of the remote person, a heartbeat simulator configured to provide a tactile output onto a bed substantially similar to a heartbeat of the remote person, a processor communicably coupled to the speaker and to the heartbeat simulator, the processor configured to drive the speaker and the heartbeat simulator, and a power supply electrically coupled to the speaker and to the heartbeat simulator, the power supply configured to power the speaker and the heartbeat simulator. The device for simulating a human presence is useful for mimicking the heartbeat of a mother to comfort a baby or child and maximize sleep time.
BABY CARE SYSTEM AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLING
A compact baby care system includes a baby crib assembly, at least one sliding storage drawer, and at least one utility cabinet. The baby crib assembly includes a left side panel, an opposing right side panel, a bottom panel, and opposing top and bottom horizontal rails extending between the left side panel and the opposing right side panel. The bottom panel is horizontally secured between the left panel and the opposing right panel. The bottom panel is configured to support a mattress. The at least one sliding storage drawer is underneath the bottom panel of the baby crib assembly. The at least one utility cabinet is attached to the left side panel or the opposing right side panel of the baby crib assembly via a connector. The at least one utility cabinet stores at least one of a feeding station and a changing station.
Travel changer system
A travel changer system includes a baby changing surface while on-the-go. The travel changer system includes a folding frame including a pair of support cross beams having a first end and a second end, a first-changing surface support beam, and a second-changing surface support beam, a changing surface, and safety belt having a fastener. The folding frame may be formed of foldable lightweight material allowing the device to be folded and stored easily to increase portability while on-the-go. The changing surface is comprised of a canvas or otherwise suitable cloth to allow for reduced weight and easy cleaning. When unfolded into its upright position the changing surface is approximately thigh-height and offers safety and cleanliness.
BED OR HAMMOCK
The present invention relates to a bed or hammock which comprises four support legs delimiting two longitudinal sides between them, each one of which has longitudinal bars, and two transverse sides which are shorter in length than, and perpendicular to, the previously mentioned sides, a surface element made up of a fabric, mesh, canvas or similar material arranged between the support legs, wherein the legs are made up of a body which comprises lateral faces perpendicular to the side they delimit, respectively, outer faces parallel to the side they delimit, respectively, and an upper face, wherein each longitudinal and transverse bar is fastened to a pair of legs, respectively, by fastening means, and wherein the invention comprises a fastening and/or tensioning device for the surface element on at least one of the longitudinal sides and/or transverse sides.
Combination napper and changing table accessory
A reconfigurable accessory frame for use with an infant crib having a perimeter similarly sized to that of the top of the crib frame upon which it is used. The frame is foldable about an asymmetrically positioned transverse axis into one of the two positions. In the first position, the frame extends to substantially cover the open perimeter of the crib disposed underneath. Soft goods supported from the frame define a generally level surface that is convenient for changing an infant diaper along with a storage compartment disposed at one end. The level changing surface encompasses a majority of the area encompassed by the frame. In the second position, the frame is folded so that the end portion opposite of the storage compartment is moved into a positon adjacently above the remainder of the changing table surface. The design of the folding hinge elevates a portion of the frame and allows soft goods to hang downwardly toward and approaching the level of the soft goods defining the changing table surface to define a napper structure in the soft goods.
Portable child game bed
Disclosed is portable child game bed, including bed legs and folding driving device. Guard bars are respectively arranged at tops between every two adjacent bed legs, two ends of guard bar are respectively movably connected to tops of corresponding bed legs, connecting mechanism is arranged at bottom of each bed leg, connecting rod is composed of upper connecting rod and lower connecting rod that are vertically arranged, connecting mechanism comprises base and transmission mechanism, one end of upper connecting rod is connected to base, the other end of upper connecting rod is rotationally connected to frame body, one end of lower connecting rod is rotationally connected to base, the end of lower connecting rod that extends into inner cavity of lower portion of base is linked together with transmission mechanism, and the other end of lower connecting rod is rotationally connected to frame body.
Folding playpen and dual sleeper
A folding playpen has a frame assembly including a plurality of parallel uprights arranged in a geometric configuration and a plurality of upper rails pivotally affixed to and extending between a top portion of adjacent ones of the uprights. A co-planar grid of braces extends between said the uprights and includes a central support block at a center of geometrically configured uprights. The braces pivotally attached to the central support block and to a respective one of the uprights. A flexible covering extends about a periphery of the frame assembly and a pad is supported by the co-planar grid. The frame assembly is selectively collapsible from a usable configuration to a storage configuration by vertically translating the central support block from a lower position to a position proximate to a top of the uprights.
