Dispenser structure for refrigeration equipment, apparatus and method for controlling operation of same
A dispenser on refrigerator including a touch pad-type of lever for dispensing water supplied from a water purifier. The dispenser includes a main body, an ice discharge port, an ice guide, an ice discharge lever and a water discharge port. A PCB substrate is mounted on the front side of the ice guide. The touch pad-type lever is mounted on the PCB substrate and configured to receive a user request for discharging water and accordingly control a state of the water discharge port. The refrigerator also ice maker coupled to the dispenser, and detectors for detecting the amount of ice and water contained in the ice maker and the water purifier respectively. The touch pad on the touch pad-type of lever can display the amount of ice and water contained in the ice maker and the water purifier respectively.
AIR FLOW AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR ICE MAKER
An ice making appliance includes a sealed icebox compartment including a heat exchange opening with an ice maker disposed within the sealed icebox compartment. The ice maker includes a heat exchanger positioned at the heat exchange opening of the icebox compartment and a mold body configured for receiving liquid water and forming ice. The ice making appliance also includes a defrost conduit having a first portion positioned below the mold body, the first portion of the defrost conduit extends generally perpendicularly to a vertical direction and slopes towards a second portion of the defrost conduit, the second portion of the defrost conduit extends along the vertical direction between the first portion of the defrost conduit and a drain conduit. The ice making appliance also includes an air circulation conduit providing air circulation within the sealed icebox compartment.
Ice maker with rotating ice tray
A refrigeration appliance includes a fresh food compartment and a freezer compartment. An ice maker with an ice mold is disposed within the fresh food compartment for freezing water into ice pieces. A refrigeration system includes a system evaporator and an ice maker evaporator dedicated to cooling the ice mold. A frame rotatably supports the ice mold within the fresh food compartment between an ice-forming position and an ice-harvesting position. The frame supports the ice maker evaporator at a stationary position that serves as a pivot axis for the ice mold so the ice mold can rotate around the ice maker evaporator between the ice-forming position and the ice-harvesting position, while the ice maker evaporator remains stationary. In one example, a heater is rotatable with the ice mold, and a drip tray is located underneath ice mold and rotatable with the ice mold.
BULK ICE PRESERVER
A bulk ice preserver with an ice drying and storage compartment which has a static cold unit and an attachment element for attaching the ice drying receptacle to the drying and storage compartment. The fastening element is actuated by a motor to produce the rotation of the ice drying receptacle and can be aided by sensors to control the rotation of the ice drying receptacle. The compartment also has a waste collection tray with a resistor for thawing and evacuating the remains of the drying process through the drain, and various ice discharging doors. Additionally, the ice preserver has an automaton or similar (15) connected to the ice maker, to the motor, to the sensors and to the resistor.
Refrigerator and apparatus for ice discharging therein
A refrigerator and a device for ice discharging are disclosed. The device for ice discharging includes a case having an ice introduction opening and an ice discharge opening (312); a rotation member (320) rotatable in the case to transfer ice that is held in a predetermined amount to be discharged; and a discharge adjustment part (340) spaced apart a predetermined space from the rotation member (320) to adjust the number of the ices transferred by the rotation member, such that a fixed amount of the ice is substantially discharged. The refrigerator includes the device for ice discharging therein.
REFRIGERATOR, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A refrigerator includes an outlet opening/closing system for a refrigerator dispenser including a driver, a cam configured to rotate with respect to a first axis by the driver, and an opening/closing module configured to pivot with respect to a second axis according to the rotation of the cam to open the outlet, wherein the first axis crosses the second axis at a predetermined angle.
REFRIGERATION DEVICE WITH ICE MAKER
A refrigeration device has a housing which delimits at least one cooled storage compartment, an ice maker incorporated in the storage compartment, a refrigeration machine for cooling the storage compartment and a device control unit in order to control the operation of the refrigeration machine and of the ice maker. The ice maker has a secondary electronic control unit which is configured in order to convert a single control command from the device control unit into a sequence of commands directed at different actuators of the ice maker.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator comprises: a cabinet including a refrigerator compartment, and a freezer compartment provided; a refrigerator compartment door rotationally connected to the front side of the cabinet to open/close the refrigerator compartment; an ice bank which is provided to the ice compartment and stores ice; an icemaker which comprises an upper tray forming a hemispherical upper cell, a lower tray forming a hemispherical lower cell, and a rotating shaft for rotating the lower tray, and which is provided in the freezer compartment; and an ice transfer device for transferring the ice collected in the ice collector to the ice bank along the ice transfer duct, wherein the ice transfer device can include: a transfer cable; a pusher connected to an end of the transfer cable; and a transfer case for accommodating the transfer cable which is wound.
UTILITY ROUTING FOR A DOOR-MOUNTED ICEMAKER
Utility routing for door-mounted operations are disclosed. An appliance may include a cabinet and one or more doors connected to the cabinet. An apparatus may have a mounted position on the door. An operation apparatus may be enabled, supported, or otherwise made operable in part by closed-looped conveyance of one or more operating mediums. The apparatus has an unmounted position wherein the apparatus is separated from the door while maintaining the closed-loop conveyance of the one or more operating mediums.
HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE HAVING A MULTIPLE-PART EXTERNAL HOUSING OF AN ICEMAKER
