A convertible furniture assembly for selective use as a crib, bed and play pen includes a pair of end boards. Each of a pair of first railings is coupled to an opposing side edge of each end board. The end boards and the first railings are right angularly positioned. A frame is reversibly couplable to and extends between the end boards. The frame extends between the first railings. The assembly comprises a mattress that is substantially complementary to the frame. The frame and the pair of first railings are selectively vertically positionable between a top and a bottom of each end board. The frame is positioned to support the mattress in a crib configuration, a playpen configuration and a bed configuration. The first railings are selectively positionable for the crib configuration, the playpen configuration and the bed configuration.

The pair of front leg assemblies are pivotally mounted on the forward pivots and extend to a wheel. The pair of rear leg assemblies are pivotally mounted on the rear pivots and extend to a wheel. A handle assembly is also pivotally mounted on the main body.

In one example, a travel system has a child carriage and a child carrier that removably couples to the child carriage. The carriage has a frame and wheels attached thereto. The handle extends, retracts, and rotates relative to the frame or body to different rotational positions. The handle rotation lock selectively locks the handle in each of the rotational positions, and the handle extension lock selective locks the handle in extended and retracted positions. The carrier can have (i) a rotation stop that selectively blocks rotation of the handle when the handle is extended and/or (ii) an extension stop that selectively blocks extension of the handle when the handle is in a position for hand carrying the carrier.

The access is the only opening into the interior.

The playpen coupling mechanism is operable to engage with and disengage from a playpen for installation and removal of the child bassinet on the playpen at different heights.

The upper panel extends upwardly from the top panel, over the chair back, and then the rear panel extends downwardly behind the chair back. A plurality of ties secure the chair cover onto the chair by securing the upper panel to the rear panel. The playset may also include a partial chair cover having a full height panel that extends behind the chair and a half height panel extends in front of the chair back to the top of the seat.
